SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) offers user to have comphrehensive features to manage data so it is a bit time taking to the people, who are in intial learning curve to set up MDG to align with specific business needs but it will be easier with proper training and support. Data input becomes much easier with this Software. As an employee we found that whatever Data we did put, it integrated with the other software and it was stored centrally. Our data mainly consisted of Customer name, occupation, mode of payment, balance, plan opted and other important data. As we put it automatically started saving on Cloud as well as on premises. Here comes the issue part now, we as a team used to deal with various customers and it was very often when same customer was handled by another team member in case of his/her absence.
So, while imputing data, SAP Master Data was unable to detect the repeated input which was there. The Duplication feature needs to be worked on and made or organized. Because of this a lot of time used to get wasted in going through same duplicate data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The changes required in montly updates where not easy to catch up for the users, so user acceptance was always 100% but the change was not welcomed easily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It helped me to maintain our master data in a more structured way which involves removal of any duplicate copies, standard approval process through system following a proper workflow for any change requests or new model release requests and smooth integration with other softwares to have a sync in data.
