In my opinion, the strong point of SAP MDG is the effective method for governing the data quality. This makes it possible for us to have accurate, consistent, and updated master data which is very important to our business. The customer support service is also courteous, ever willing to help whenever we run into problems. SAP MDG has virtually made all possible features available and has eased the work related to data management to a large extent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The major disadvantage of SAP MDG is that it is relatively complex, and this factor may even pose a problem for first time users. The system setting and programming are normally very time consuming and it needs a lot of system understanding, which sometimes has slowed our projects and reduced the productivity. The user interface is also somewhat cumbersome, which complicates the operations for nonspecialists and nontechnical employees or workers. Yes, I like SAP's Master Data Governance system which is very useful as it show all the necessary information in form of charts and it have single source of truth so there is no problem in multiple data copy of data and great for Data Analytics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
