I have also noticed some performance issues where it is slow to load, refresh rates, save and pick up where you left off, etc. Its integration with other tools is sometimes one way and not bidirectional. It is a good documentation tool but it doesn't go beyond that. It is hard to conduct complex analysis within the tool and make decisions. Initial setup was very barebones and generic. There was no good way to kickstart our adoption of the tool.
