We use API management, CPI, and the Customer Test Service. CPI provides us a lot of power to integrate SAP cloud systems with each other, and with our on prem systems via Cloud Connector. Automatic updates occur to the product, keeping it updated at all times. This is great 99.9% of the time, but the update may cause an issue .1% of the time. Can't remember anything that I don't like about it although, being both an end-user and a trouble-shooter in resolving IDocs before, the only thing that's bothering us is the interface issues which are most likely due to the end-user errors themselves which could easily be communicated with the software engineers. There is not really anything that I dislike. As a user of this solution, you have to go into it with your eyes wide open. It is a complete solution that comes with out-of-the-box integrations and the flexibility to develop integrations with literally anything. That type of flexibility comes along with a certain amount of complexity. As you start out with this solution, you most likely have to engage consultants to get started.
