  ### 1. Efficient SAP Ecosystem Connectivity with Outstanding API Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Konjengbam M. | BDR, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Integration Suite?**

I love this platform as it efficiently connects the SAP Ecosystem with other platform with so much efficiency that it improves productivity and quality of the work. Other than this I love this platform for its ability to monitor which ensures that all the processes are in line. One best part I love about this platform is the capacity of this platform to monetize by creating plans. The API Management capacity of this platform is outstanding in this platform. The fact that its ability to monitor all integration in this platform is really useful and improves the efficiency of work.

**What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?**

I love most functions of this platform but I personally feel that the integration is sometimes complex. I also wish that that the price escalation of usage could be manage more efficiently so the users can decide and plan with the budget available. Other than this the entire organization security is so much relied on this platform security.

**What problems is SAP Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform have remove all major hurdles removing issues in integration. This greatly enhances the efficiency and productivity of the organization.

  ### 2. Excellent work tool in which you can manage information in various ways.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julian G. | SAP Integration Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Integration Suite?**

SAP Integration Suite is the ultimate solution for companies looking to modernize their architecture. Leave behind rigid, point-to-point integrations to move to an agile, scalable model, and above all, designed to thrive in hybrid environments (Cloud and On-Premise).

It is a robust tool that, when well configured, becomes the operational heart of any world-class company.

**What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?**

The Bad
Cost: The consumption-based model can be expensive and difficult to predict if the data volume grows significantly.
Complexity: It requires specialized consultants; it is not a tool for beginners.

**What problems is SAP Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Integration Suite comes to bring order to digital chaos. When a company grows, it often ends up with a "salad" of applications that don't communicate with each other; that's where this tool becomes truly key to connecting everything and providing coherence.

Its strengths, in my experience, are the preconfigured content, language flexibility, and a unified ecosystem that helps integrate without having to reinvent each connection from scratch.

  ### 3. Pre Packaged SAP Integrations That Save Huge Time on Mapping

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SL A. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Integration Suite?**

What I like most and the biggest win for us is the pre packaged content. If you are a heavy SAP user (S/4HANA, Ariba), starting an integration from a blank canvas will be a waste of time. We recently rolled out a success factor to Active directory sync, and 80% of the mapping was already done for us in the standard content.

**What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?**

Honestly, I feel the licensing model is a headache. It is based on messages and tenants, and once you start scaling, especially with high volume event mesh scenarios the costs can sky rocket unexpectedly. We have had to spend a significant amount of time optimizing our flows just to stay within a reasonable budget, which feels like we're being punished. Also, debugging is still difficult.

**What problems is SAP Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have benefited with legacy connectivity, real time response and clean code. We used to have lots of custom ABAP code inside our ERP. By moving all that logic to the Integration Suite, we have made our S/4HANA upgrades much smoother. It’s the side by side extension approach that actually works.

  ### 4. Versatile Tool with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bharath S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Integration Suite?**

I really like SAP Integration Suite because it has a lot of prepackaged solutions and adapters that fit within the developing life cycle. It's particularly useful for connecting with Snowflake using the adapter that comes with SAP to retrieve data from Snowflake tables and perform necessary operations. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy, which made the transition smooth.

**What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?**

Definitely, error monitoring. And error logging I see SAP Integration Suite majorly lacks in that area. There is no good monitoring capabilities; we might have to get other applications like Cloud ALM or something like that and do quite a lot of setup to improve logging and monitoring.

**What problems is SAP Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Integration Suite for data transformation between SAP and non-SAP systems, allowing me to avoid directly exposing SAP to external systems.

  ### 5. SAP Integration Suite: Comprehensive Evaluation

Its ability to bring together complex business processes into a single, integrated, and reliable platform. SAP provides a structured, scalable way to solve business challenges and its continuous innovation especially with SAP BTP, CPI and cloud technologies make it more exciting to learn and work with every day

**What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?**

The complexity and steep learning curve that often comes with its modules and configurations. Even simple task can require navigating multiple transactions or configurations which can slow down the productivity especially for new users.

**What problems is SAP Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP IS solves the challenges of managing complex end to end business processes across the organisation in a unified and integrated way. It brings together finance, supply chain, HR, procurement and other functions into a single platform reducing data silos and improving process consistency

  ### 6. Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** nabti y. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

  ### 7. Seamless SAP Integration and Real-Time Monitoring Excellence

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** priyanka c. | Supervisor, Computer & Network Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about SAP Integration Suite?**

SAP Integration Suite hits the sweet spot for our enterprise integration. The best part is how seamlessly it connects SAP core systems (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba) with third-party apps. The prebuilt content packages on API Business Hub massively accelerate delivery, instead of building from scratch, I can import flows, tweak mappings, and deploy in hours.

The monitoring cockpit is another win. It gives me real-time visibility into message processing, retries, failures, and throughput. For day-to-day operations, this is a game changer, especially when running business-critical integrations like employee lifecycle flows or purchase order updates.

I also appreciate the flexibility, we can use Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management, Open Connectors, and Event Mesh depending on the use case. It’s scalable, modular, and future-proof.

**What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?**

The learning curve is definitely steep. CPI’s interface can feel outdated, and some tasks need too many clicks. Groovy scripting is powerful, but debugging support could be far better. error messages aren’t always descriptive.

Licensing can be tricky to estimate, especially for event-driven and high-throughput integrations. Documentation exists, but some real-world scenarios lack depth, forcing you to rely on community threads or trial-and-error.

I feel deployment speed is also a bit slow when compared to more modern iPaaS tools.

**What problems is SAP Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s solving the classic enterprise challenge: fragmented systems that don’t talk to each other. Before adopting it, we had multiple point-to-point integrations, each with its own failure points and maintenance headaches.

With this Suite:

1. We standardized integration patterns, reducing spaghetti architecture.
2. Business processes now run in near real-time like in our case employee onboarding triggers downstream provisioning without manual intervention.
3. APIs are reusable, which speeds up new project onboarding.

  ### 8. Centralized Integration with Robust Governance

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arjun G. | IT and Project Manager | Associate Salesforce Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Integration Suite?**

I like the SAP Integration Suite for its centralized governance and monitoring capabilities, providing a clear view of all our data flows. These features allow me to manage security and policy enforcement for all Salesforce to SAP APIs from a single interface, ensuring compliance without hopping between systems. The monitoring provides real-time granular visibility into message payloads, letting me pinpoint and resolve data sync errors instantly before they impact our client's business operations. Another great aspect is its out-of-the-box integration capabilities, which speed up deployment cycles with lesser effort. I use the pre-built integration flows and API Management to ensure seamless data flow across different environments, greatly reducing manual entry and errors.

**What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?**

One area that can be improved is the steep learning curve for consultants who aren't deeply embedded in the SAP ecosystem. While the prebuilt integrations are amazing, configuring complex custom mappings can feel very unintuitive and overly technical for someone specialized in Salesforce like me. A more low-code transformation tool for DevOps workflows with third-party data would really enhance productivity when building bespoke integrations.

**What problems is SAP Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Integration Suite to connect our clients' CRM and ERP systems, eliminating data silos and manual entry errors. Its integrations and API management ensure seamless, real-time data flow, providing accurate information for operations, while reducing maintenance costs.

  ### 9. Reliable Integration with Strong Monitoring but Room for Simplicity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kanan A. | Accounts Receivable Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Integration Suite?**

What I like best about SAP Integration Suite is the control and transparency it gives me.
I can clearly see how data moves between SAP S/4HANA and other systems, and if something fails, I can check it immediately. This is very important in AR, because delays or wrong data can directly affect payments and reporting.
It makes integrations more stable, reduces manual work, and gives me more confidence in daily operations.

**What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?**

Honestly, what I don’t like about SAP Integration Suite is that it can sometimes feel too technical for daily business users.
When something fails, the error details are not always easy to understand. In AR, we just want to know what went wrong and what we should fix, but sometimes you need technical support to fully understand the issue.

**What problems is SAP Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Integration Suite mainly solves integration and data mismatch problems for us.
Before, we had delays, manual uploads, and sometimes differences between systems. In AR, this created extra reconciliation work and risk in reporting.
Now, it connects SAP S/4HANA with other platforms automatically and in real time. This reduces errors, saves time, and makes the whole process more reliable.
For me personally, it means less manual correction, faster issue resolution, and more accurate financial data.

  ### 10. Reliable Integration Platform with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rustam R. | Application Analyst, Legal Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?**

SAP Integration Suite is highly customized and single platform to centrally mange the integration scenarios. However, the pricing is little on higher side. Initially due to complexity, there is a chance to have difficulty in understanding the troubleshooting and debugging of messages in transmission.

**Recommendations to others considering SAP Integration Suite:**

SAP Cloud Platform is highly recommended for easy deployment of the application in the cloud. Also, we can use various SAP Cloud services to meet the business requirements. Services like OData services, HANA services, API management, Trusts, SAP Cloud Platform integration, workflow integration make our life much easier and developers or administrators need not bother about infrastructure requirements.

**What problems is SAP Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While I was working in IBM, we have worked on end to end integration of SAP ECC with ATO (Australian Taxation Office) non-SAP system using the SAP integration suite. Earlier the functional or end users used to send the data related to Payroll exemption and deduction manually by running functional transactions. But after using SAP integration suite, it has been automated to send the taxation exemption and deduction data directly to Australian taxation office. This has phenomenally minimized the human manual efforts and increased the overall FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) for the company.

  ### 12. Effortless System Connections with SAP Integration Suite

**Reviewed by:** Manish D. | Application Development Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about SAP Integration Suite?**

Honestly, the coolest thing about SAP Integration Suite is that it just makes stuff connect without giving you a headache. It’s super handy ’cause you don’t gotta do a ton of techy work to make systems talk to each other.

There are pre-made bits you can plug in, so you’re not building everything from skratch.

**What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?**

One dislike about SAP Integration Suite is that it can feel pretty complicated when you’re first trying to set it up. There are lots of features and settings, which sometimes makes it hard to find what you actually need. It also gets pricey for some teams, especially smaller ones. And if your internet or cloud services act up, you might run into delays or annoying performance issues as well sometimes.

**What problems is SAP Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Integration Suite solves the problem of disconnected systems by helping apps, cloud services, and on-premise software communicate smoothly. It removes manual data transfers, reduces errors, and speeds up business processes. It also handles complex integrations, API management, and event-driven workflows, making everything work together more reliably. **What do you like best about SAP Integration Suite?**

What I think is unique with the SAP Integration Suite is the ability to integrate cloud and on-premise applications seamlessly. I use it to integrate various SAP applications, including S/4HANA and SuccessFactors, with other external applications, which has greatly reduced the manual handling of data between applications. The ability to map the data is greatly enhanced by the visual flow designer, while the pre-built adapters have greatly reduced the complexity of integration with various applications. The monitoring dashboards have been very useful, allowing me to monitor the integration process in real-time, including any issues that may occur.

**What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?**

The difficulty lies in the complexity of the initial setup, particularly when dealing with a large number of integrations. In some cases, a good understanding of SAP systems may be required, which might be a difficulty for beginners. Furthermore, debugging may be a challenge if the error messages provided are not detailed enough. Another difficulty lies in the fact that some advanced features, such as API management, may require additional licenses, which might be costly.

**What problems is SAP Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Integration Suite solves the challenge of disconnected systems and fragmented processes. This is because, prior to the use of SAP Integration Suite, there was a challenge in transferring data from one SAP system to another or from one system to an unrelated system. This would be done manually, or one would have to write scripts or use middleware to transfer such data. However, with the use of SAP Integration Suite, processes are now automated, thus eliminating human errors and helping save a lot of time. This has helped in improving overall process efficiency, improving data consistency, and enabling better decision-making with accurate and reliable information.

  ### 15. Reliable integration tool that supports complex compliance workflows

**What do you like best about SAP Integration Suite?**

As an EUDR Analyst managing complex data flows between SAP, TRACES, and various external platforms, I value how SAP Integration Suite enables me to connect different systems in a consistent and reliable manner. The greatest advantage is the transparency it provides for integrations—I can easily track the movement of data, which greatly reduces the need for manual checks in compliance-intensive workflows such as EUDR due diligence, geo-data validation, or supplier onboarding.

The interface is intuitive, troubleshooting is simple, and once integrations are configured, the entire process operates smoothly with minimal need for intervention. This helps us maintain high data quality and prevents delays in regulatory reporting. Overall, the tool introduces structure and stability to processes that would otherwise be highly fragmented.

**What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?**

The biggest hurdle is the initial setup process. Configuring the system takes longer than anticipated, and testing each connection can be time-consuming, particularly when several internal systems are involved. Some of the more advanced features could be easier to use, especially when creating custom flows for regulatory data such as geolocation packages or supplier risk details. Although the documentation is getting better, there are still steps that require some trial and error or assistance from technical teams. Once the system is fully operational, it remains stable, but getting to that stage demands considerable effort.

**What problems is SAP Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Integration Suite enables us to connect our internal SAP systems with external platforms that are crucial for our EUDR due-diligence process, including TRACES, geo-data providers, and supplier databases. The primary advantage is the significant reduction in manual data handling, which also eliminates the errors that often arise from manual data transfers. This tool allows us to validate farmer data, geolocation files, and supplier documentation much more quickly and with greater consistency. The integrations are both stable and transparent, which is vital for regulatory reporting and ensuring traceability. In summary, it saves us time, lowers compliance risks, and enhances the reliability of our entire EUDR workflow.

  ### 23. SAP Integration Suite: High-Velocity Connectivity at a Premium Price

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishvapriya G. | Master Thesis Student, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about SAP Integration Suite?**

SAP Integration Suite is an unique Integration-as-a-Service tool (iPaaS), which provides a number of innovative features to facilitate the fast-paced business transformation process. One example of such an innovative feature is the Business Accelerator Hub, which offers thousands of pre-built connections to make it easy to get started, rather than having to build it from the ground up. In addition to the pre-built connections, the SAP Integration Suite also supports the concept of a "Clean Core". This concept allows companies to ensure the longevity and maintainability of their existing SAP systems, while allowing the seamless and easy integration of SAP with other third-party systems through the use of multiple API management options, event-driven architectures and artificial intelligence (AI) assisted mapping of the data. SAP Integration Suite also provides enterprise-level governance and scalability across the entire environment and reduces the amount of development work needed to implement SAP and other solutions, making it more beneficial and efficient for the business.

**What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?**

SAP Integration Suite has several positive points; however, it tends to be too complex for a consumption-based pricing model and unpredictably priced for high volume environments due to the complexity of SAP Integration Suite's offering. Developers also note that the interface is slow and the learning curve of the integration platform is high because it is built on proprietary SAP logic instead of open standards. In addition, due to the lack of native debugging capabilities and advanced Git-like capabilities of version control, when a development team is troubleshooting a problem together or modifying their code in real-time, the developer's ability to effectively work on the integration project will be slowed or limited compared to modern cloud-native alternatives.

**What problems is SAP Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about SAP Integration Suite?**

I find that the SAP Integration Suite serves as a central platform that is instrumental in connecting applications, data, and business processes across the enterprise. Its power lies in being the backbone of our integration landscape, allowing us to seamlessly connect both SAP and non-SAP systems with significantly reduced complexity. I appreciate the prebuilt integration content and intuitive tools, which have notably accelerated our project delivery timelines. Its API Management features provide governance and visibility across all services, which is essential for our operations. Moreover, the real-time monitoring and alerting capabilities have enhanced our operational reliability and cut down troubleshooting efforts. I also value its ease of use, which saves time by minimizing the need for heavy coding while connecting various systems. The SAP Integration Suite supports both small and large integration needs without requiring us to switch tools, making it essential for keeping everything connected, organized, and manageable as our company grows.

**What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?**

Some parts of SAP Integration Suite feel slow and a bit confusing. Simple tasks often require too many clicks, making the user experience somewhat cumbersome. The monitoring features can be clunky, and updates sometimes cause issues, such as adapters or mapping steps throwing unexpected errors even though nothing changed on our end. While the platform is functional, it could be smoother and less frustrating to use. Furthermore, the initial setup involved considerable effort and coordination across IT, basis, and security teams due to extensive configuration requirements, especially concerning connectivity and security, indicating that it's not entirely user-friendly from the start.

**What problems is SAP Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Integration Suite to connect SAP and non-SAP systems with ease, reducing complexity and project timelines. It offers robust API management and real-time monitoring, improving visibility and reliability while supporting both small and large integration needs without heavy coding.

**What do you like best about SAP Integration Suite?**

What I like most about SAP Integration Suite is how smoothly it integrates different systems and applications, both SAP and non-SAP. It provides a clean and intuitive interface for managing APIs, workflows, and connections. The prebuilt integration packages save a lot of time, and the platform’s security and monitoring options make it reliable for enterprise use. It’s definitely a complete and professional solution for system integration

**What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?**

The initial configuration can sometimes be complex, especially for users who are new to SAP environments. The documentation could include more real-world examples, and the error logs should be a bit more detailed to make troubleshooting easier. Also, pricing might be a challenge for small organizations that need fewer features but still require stability and performance

**What problems is SAP Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Integration Suite helps our organization connect various systems into one centralized environment. It solves challenges related to data silos and manual data entry between platforms. We now automate workflows between CRM, ERP, and analytics tools, saving hours of manual work weekly. The platform ensures data consistency and faster decision-making through real-time synchronization. It also improves collaboration between teams by enabling secure and standardized data exchange

**What do you like best about SAP Integration Suite?**

I really like the ease that the SAP Integration Suite provides when implementing integrations with common systems between companies. The ready-to-use integration flows and connectors for different systems are extremely useful. Monitoring messages is a task easily integrated with other SAP alert solutions, simplifying problem analysis. The integration with Event Mesh is another aspect that I like, as it allows me to implement modern and real-time solutions, which is vital for the challenges of system integration. Additionally, API management through API management to define specific policies on APIs and performance metrics are features I value, as they enhance productivity in integration development.

**What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?**

The monitoring interfaces and the prices related to the volume of messages can be improved.

**What problems is SAP Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use the SAP Integration Suite to integrate government systems and other business systems. It offers ready-made integration flows and connectors, facilitates message monitoring, has integration with Event Mesh and API management, and improves productivity in real-time integration development.
