It provides removes the need for separate contracts and provides an extensive library of solutions and scaling as per demand with prioritized product support for SAP. ### 48. Also it includes SAP HANA custom and out of the box application and SAP BW software in a single instance of SAP HANA in memory database platform. **What do you dislike about SAP HEC (HANA Enterprise Cloud)?** Customers has lot of dependencies on SAP which means they don't have much flexibility to go and update the system when or if they need to. They need to wait for quarterly release or raise special request for it. **What problems is SAP HEC (HANA Enterprise Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most important is that it reduces time, hassle and cost of deploying and running the SAP Hana and it's applications.
