That there is ASOP for collecting all info before processing the order **What do you dislike about SAP ECC?** It feels like old fashioned technology for the user. You need to almost memorise t-codes and no where to look for what specific fields you need to complete. It is difficult to train new people because there are no 'guide me' prompts making SAP difficult to use at times. I dislike being logged out after 90 minutes of inactivity It takes many steps to find the transport information and tracking numbers The look is old fashioned and hasn't changed in 12 years Electronic invoicing for nordic countries needs to be done manually through various platforms and they SAP and the platforms don't speak to each other. It's a great tool that many divisions in one company can use. I wish there ere more capabilities and updates that helped lots of orgs. In my experience at different companies it usually cost way more to get all the additional add ons that will help reduce your time. **What do you dislike about SAP ECC?** sometimes the integration with other tools is difficult such as it's better if you have sales force but even then it doesn't always talk to each other in the best way. Sometimes you need additional add ons that cost a lot more money and can be difficult to get approvals for from your company. **Recommendations to others considering SAP ECC:** just be sure you have all the monetary resources. SAP ERP has more bells and whistles than you will ever need. Despite its little outdated look and feel, it has API access as well as modern design tool via SAP Fiori which allows developers to easily design forms using their favorite programming language. It also has connectors to React. SAP Fiori is also HTML5 friendly and the screens are all optimized for the modern web. Cost for the consultation via licensed third party company, hardware and software is very high. When working with SAP ERP the first few challenges includes learning SAP specific terminologies and lingo and shortcut keys. SAP was always my most favorite. It's quite intuitive - if you're familiar with accountancy then everything should be quite easy for you to find. Also, the big advantage is possibility to clear the items within same account. Sounds simple but there is still a lot of popular ERP systems which cannot do it. It makes reconciliations a lot easier and allows you to keep your accounts clean. Purchase orders processing is also the best on the market. There is really so many options both for procurement and accounting departments that non other ERP solution is comparable. Another plus is that you can open a lot of SAP instances at the same time. It makes comparing data and looking for anything you need a lot easier and faster. It also works great with VBA macros. This means everyone within your organization has access to the same, real-time data, without having to spend precious time on data input, analytics and calculations. ### 50.
