What do you like best about SAP ECC?

SAP as an ERP has all functionalities for a business either it is SME or Large scale business, You Name it SAP have it, starting from Business modules like SD(Order Management), PP(Production Planning), FICO(Finance & Controlling), and etc. it has all the modules to run a business seamlessly. It also offers several applications like Fiori, Ariba, Sucessfactor that can be implemented together according to business needs. Implementing SAP ERP suite means you are bringing all the reporting, analytics into a single umbrella.

SAP also has its Integration suit i.e Process Integration / Cloud Platform Integration, through which we can integrate other systems easily. Using this Integration we can perform all kinds of Automation, and other business requirements seemlesly.

SAP always strives to understand the business needs and user needs and try to solve the problems to run the business safely and smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP ECC?

Implementing an SAP ERP system is bit costly when we considering the license and everything. But trust that, properly implements SAP will eliminate repetitive manual process reporting and etc, and we are ending up minimizing the resource thus increase in revenue. What problems is SAP ECC solving and how is that benefiting you?

When speaking about problems, it always depends on business needs, when business and their requirement is complex obviously implementing the solution is complex. But here SAP has lots of options to solve complex problems. Even if there is something that is out of box, we can directly reach out to SAP and they have BIG team to resolve the Business need and solve its problems.So we no need to worry about Complex Business Problems. What do you like best about SAP ECC?

It's an excellent software to manahe all your company's ERP need. However, i really like the feature of financial reconciliation through SAP ECC which is extremely good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP ECC?

Reporting is a bit challenge. However, with SAP S/4 Hana, SAP, has addressed it. However we are yet to upgrade. I wish SAP would have given more inbuild reporting feature in SAP ECC. This has more of manual efforts now of you need another peripheral application to do the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP ECC solving and how is that benefiting you?

SAP ECC is one of the best in class ERP tool which helps us to consolidate all our enterprise resource planning needs under one single umbrealla. We are currently using it for Accounts, budgeting, finance reconcilation, Service delivery, Quality Management and it's helps the organisation to plan and forecast better, fasster and manage it's Risk on time.
