The downside of Concur is the speed. The online platform can be very slow for travel arrangements. It doesn't always allow you to refresh, which requires you to start from scratch. Sometimes the search is lagging real time flight & hotel availability which can be frustrating when employees can find better deals outside of the platform. This has gotten better over time but still is our top issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think it's unnecessary to be able to duplicate previous expenditure details into new claims, but it wouldn't hurt to have that option. It's not always obvious from where we came out of a menu because reloading the tab doesn't always show the menu tree. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my current organization for the last 2-3 years, I m using Concur for managing my official Travel and Expenses, it is very good for controlling the trace the travel details and the claim for the expense in the travel. SAp Concur is a good product for managing Expenses but this application is not very much user-friendly and this is tricky to claim the expense user not an expert to work on that .

Once you find your flow, doing your expense reporting is simple and its user-friendliness is what I like the most. I frequently use this wonderful tool because it makes the process of creating expenditure reports simpler. It's easier to use this product than the conventional method. Through this I can save so much time, I was able to swiftly analyze previous costs, forcing me to make careful recommendations to future customers who purchase these pricey goods. The format is not exceedingly user-friendly. Inputting expenses can be a trial-and-error process and can be timely. I wish there was an option to input similar or duplicate expenses at once.
