SAP Concur's user interface is fairly easy to navigate, making it simple to submit and manage expenses when needed. It's also helpful for keeping track of submitted expenses and who is managing the approval and payment of the expense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SAP Concur can be a little complex for expenses that aren't daily or monthly occurrences, as categorizing them is tricky. Also, in expenses where there are multiple taxes being added, it becomes a hassle to have to add each one individually, as well as having them approved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This web-based program has a user-friendly interface. Our organization previously used a different solution, but Concur has shown to be considerably more efficient and user-friendly. Product that automatically manages staff expenses is a plus. The product is highly automated, and it automatically reimburses workers after an appropriate approval system has been established. Lack of assistance for GLs, lengthy approval times, many windows in which to submit issues back, and the difficulty of reviewing returned issues all contribute to a frustrating user experience. 1. As an experienced professional and travelling across the country for my employer business requirements, I have been using SAP Concur for my reimbursement requests which is easy to use and claim submission.
2. Also it's a one stop shop solution for Ticket, hotels bookings.
3. Managed end to end approval process in a seamless manner.
4. With mobile app in place one can easily upload and store receipts.
5. Easy reporting access for senior leadership and can make a informed / quick decision on the company's expense management.

The delegate access allows single user to fill expenses on behalf of many team members. It also supports multiple Languages and Currencies and calculates exchange rates. It stores Credit Card info that saves a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Booking flights is a quick and simple process using SAp Concur.
Receipts are easy to scan with the mobile app and receive information from the company's travel agent.
