Concur is a a good all in one tool for booking travel and doing expenses. It's mobile app companion allows you to easily store receipts immediately before the expenses hit for quick application once it's time to do reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the travel booking works fine, but the interface for booking flights is not as good as your general third party sites like expedia. The advanced search options available to drill down feel clunky and imprecise. It's much easier to cast as wide of a net as possible for search results and just dig through them on your own. We are using SAP concur for Travel & Expense in my current organization
1. It is a one-stop solution for booking Hotel , flights .
2. We claim all the bills through Concur SAP with a flawless process.
3. All bills are claimed all together in one single platform.
4. The best part is that for all the expenses we do, those bills automatically start reflating in the claim portion, and we need to upload the bill copy and send it for approval. Quote easy process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration of other systems makes it hard not to process your expenses. They can port in, and you have to sort them into expense reports. It is a great tool that I think, with good integration, all companies should use. IT makes is very easy and so much nicer than having to record/remember your expenses or look between systems. It is excellent when integrated with other systems/ expense reporting software, but I can see how it would not be as nice if it did not incorporate the system. SAP Concur automatically tracks expenses and allows for easy receipt entry via the app. SAP Concur makes it easy to enter a large number of costs and easy to group them to make expense reporting more straightforward. Concur also makes it easy to create and change travel plans and keeps all travel information in one spot, making it easier to book travel without having to re-enter any information. I have traveled extensively with business through SAP Concur and have had no issues with reporting or planning. It also automatically sizes and sharpens receipt photos so that they are visible and clear, an underlooked but valuable tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SAP Concur can be confusing for non-technical users as the UI is not always user-friendly and can be frustrating if you are unfamiliar with the navigation. Also, it can be difficult for transactions that are out of the ordinary, such as pre-charges for verification or cancelled charges, these transactions often require help from an experienced user. It is a great tool for reimbursement requests. You need not remember the months for which you have requested the reimbursement as the data is clearly visible in the reports section. Apart from it if the report is failing due to any reasons concur will be the first one to remind you of the fact and give you possible suggestions as well to avoid the errors. The tools hepls me to take approval from the superiors without pinging them. Also you can create many reports at once and it has a small section that states recent company updates. The interface could have been improved and it could be made a bit vibrant as the colours seems to make the tool appearance dull. Also you cannot preview the invoices, you can only view it after moving ahead to next step. If there can be prompt notifications from the tool regarding the status updates.
I would recommend the makers to introduce notifcation settings for tool. For eg. If expense has been made or any new update is there. Apart from it the tool is absolutely amazing!!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SAP Concur is a one-stop solution used by our organization (125k+ employees) for Business Travel and Expense tracking - SAP concur is our primary tool for Travel bookings, Hotel bookings, Expense report submission, approval and tracking. We do leverage the SAP Concur Mobile App and love the wonderful feature where we can click a picture of the receipt and SAP Concur drafts the expense using image processing.
Also love the feature to calculate distance between two locations on Mobile App - very helpful in drafting the car mileage claims etc... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mobile App can be improved as I have noticed multiple 'image processing' issues when the app tries to read receipts and draft an expense from them (especially if the receipt has non-english characters printed on it). Once understood, I really appreciate being able to get reports finished, so I have more time for family. Secondly and perhaps most important is taking a quick pic of your receipts; most of us know what it's like to lose one or discover the ink on the receipt nearly rubbed off. My only complaint is that it is not necessarily intuitive. But if you have a friend to help on the first one, you'll be set for the rest. The other issue isn't SAP's fault, but viewing on my phone is challenging as my (56 yr old) eyes struggle to see smaller fonts. But, perhaps there is a setting that I haven't discovered yet. You are now responsible for your own expense report, which can be a great thing when used wisely. After a transaction, you can immediately enter it into the app and be done. You can also take a picture of a receipt and easily store it on the app until later if you need to as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Before the most recent update, it wasn’t the easiest app to navigate. The most recent update also allows a feature for you to add in pictures of receipt later than when the expense occurred, which is a huge help! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to manage all my expense reports and invoices quickly. It is no longer necessary to use different applications, nor the paper storage of documents. The application allows for supervisor approval, and at the same time, it is possible to use all adjustments and send request emails, attaching all documentation related to the uploaded document. The function of splitting costs among colleagues in case of a common expense is certainly interesting. The ability to book hotels and accommodations directly is very interesting. The lack of intuitiveness in managing certain dynamics, which must be supported by necessary specific training. It does not always allow for immediate approval emails for expenses, as there are sometimes considerable delays. The system provides for the sending, if pending, of a daily reminder email to the person responsible for approving the project, but this email is sent at times when the user does not have access to the PC, causing delays.
