The UI is very user friendly for employees. Communication on updates/upgrades is very clear and account managers responding so quickly, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customer support for cases used to be better than other SAP systems (e.g SAP, Ariba). None could compare however, in 2023 year the SME's , response time and knowledge have significantly decreased to worse than Ariba. Booking travel with multiple stops can be frustrating. Often, flights available on the carriers web site are not in Concur. Expense reporting is cumbersome and non-intuitive. It takes more effort than it should to complete a travel expense report. If you have a hotel bill with different daily rates for items, it can take a while to figure out and submit. SAP Concur is a great platform that we use to automate and simplify all our travel and expense anywhere. The mobile app has been very intuitive makes it really easy for me to create reports on the go. We got Concur Expense almost four years ago and it has streamlined and improved my life in regards to expense reporting completely. We were using paper reports with paper receipts taped to paper. It was primitive to say the least. Now it isn't only me who is watching for fraud and human error. They also offer top notch training and support like no other company I have ever worked with. If I had to pick something, I would say I don't like how I get a new client service team every year. I wish we could build relationships with a single team, but otherwise, I love Concur! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has integrated feature to scan paper receipts and convert them into numerical data in the software is very attractive. I easily enter all the receipts, hotel expenses, car rental, restaurant bills and even the costs of printing additional business cards and brochures into the SAP Concur system through the phone application, and it does the rest right away. Our employees and administrators can manage and report all expenses through one platform. The mobile application features is awesome becuase I can capture receipts photos via my mobile phone and upload them to SAP Concur app then it's automatically processed the information and sending all data to expenses section, it has smart feature that knows Uber or Hertz receipts and automatically set it as car payment expenses.
