I find SAP Concur to be an incredibly helpful and easy-to-use platform. It provides excellent visibility, convenience, control and multiple approvers within the same transaction flow, making it a great resource for managing expenses and travel plans. I particularly appreciate the ability to store membership information and loyalty points in one place, with easy profile completion during the booking process. I appreciate the efficiency and accuracy that SAP Concur brings to eliminating duplicate payments. However, its tiered clearing process can sometimes result in longer wait times for refunds. I believe this issue could be resolved by adding an annual report feature that would allow us to track tax refunds categorised by previous year's transactions; this way we can be confident that all the information we need is quickly available when it's needed. There is always room for improvement with support, but I believe SAP Concur is working hard to improve each step of the way. My suggestions for those improvements would be more "Why's" behind the "How's", with both reporting and support filling in the "gray areas" that are sometimes missed with explanations. Additional Best Practices based on real clients in your industry would be helpful. For example, if you are a Retail client, what are other retail clients doing and why? Everything is summarized in a software automation for managing and reporting expenses. SAP concure is easy to use and it has simple UI for everyone, and wiwwout any complications, I can easily scan expenses receipts through my cell phone and manage all items and send them to accounting. SAP Concur is great expense management system with cloud support, and through my mobile application I can easily import all restaurant and cafes invoices , Uber, hotel costs and all side and hidden expenses of my business trips. Vouchers can be filmed and uploaded through an app, this has greatly proven the amount of vouchers attached to balance sheets. Workers are able to add their commuting incentive and also their frequent flyer program to earn miles for their commute. Workers have the ability to join their bank travel data and get lodging and other tourism rewards from the company within a couple of days of returning. SAP Concur has the ability to automatically itemize costs, such as travel charges or meal fill, and I like how simple it is to define trip rules and classes. SAP Concur delivers advantages to the user experience in addition to adapting a site to a company's needs. I appreciate claiming my costs with SAP Concur since it's simple to use and both the desktop website and the phone app operate well. I dislike that sometimes we can't use the app and must switch to the desktop; otherwise, you have to spend more time using the program. Sometimes there is a page issue, such as the website not loading and not accepting the information I supplied; moreover, while loading the photos, the loading options become slow and flaky, making it difficult for the user to repeat / update the step. The tool is easy for the accounting aspect and the user aspect. The Program works well with Intact reports and can be transformed into Intacts general ledger or AP. The downside will be if you have an extended Accounting coding. Concur will not take all I think the total is four dimensions. so if you have more dimensions, you may have to look at an add on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
