It doesn't have a good look and feel, it's not very intuitive. To be able to evaluate a service, you have to go to several options, have users for each service, and assign the required roles for the service to run, all of which are in different options of the main navigation menu. I'm impressed with it's improved efficiency in automating tasks and processes, it helps reduce manual effort, minimize errors, and free up employees to focus on higher-value activities. Quite an awesome platform for integration flexibility. For new employee onboarding and financial reporting, SAP is doing a great job. For well trained SAP administrators, it's ease of use and integration with other tools is a plus. Our company is frequently using SAP platform for production line and financial reporting and a lot other stuff. I have never contact customer support for which I can't comment.
