## Sandler Reviews
 ### 1. Exceptional Training for Account Management Success

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janis E. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

I really value our use of Sandler for training on account renewal and growth, tailored specifically by exceptional partners like Donna Cecchini, Sunshine Levin, Jon de Young, and Angela Malatesta. They help us tailor general sales content to our specific needs, and they're always willing to try new things. Our success is thanks to their efforts. I appreciate the training on upfront contracts, pain funnel, pre-call planning, and DISC, which makes all client interactions purposeful, consultative, and strategic. The AI roleplays in Yoodli, which we customized for our internal use, are especially appreciated, with powerful backend analytics that target who needs reinforcement. I recommend this tool to every learning department because employees love having a safe place to practice and hone skills relevant to their needs.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

Some of the content can be too basic for experienced audiences.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sandler assists in account renewal and growth by tailoring content to our needs. Their training ensures client interactions are strategic. The AI roleplays and powerful back-end analytics from Yoodli help target areas needing reinforcement, providing a safe practice space for employees.

 ### 2. Empowers Sales Teams with Effective Methodologies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary E. | Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

I like the workshops and hands-on training. Sandler is helping us build a better sales process that is repeatable and scalable for the long term, which is incredibly valuable. Sandler has provided the behaviors, attitudes, and techniques we need for building that system. I would say the methodologies stand out because everything starts with mindset and attitude. I'm currently at the Sandler Summit and find it to be a very good use of my time to learn more about the techniques and behaviors that Sandler experts use. I'm also excited about using the new AI lead tool.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

I think it would be beneficial to be in a cohort with other people who are selling B2B services so that we can learn from each other because we are targeting similar audiences. So it would be good to share more stories with people who are looking for the same type of buyer, maybe not the exact same type of buyer, but just more B2B services as opposed to a hodgepodge of different types of things being sold.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sandler is helping us build a better sales process that's repeatable and scalable for the long term by providing the behaviors, attitudes, and techniques we need.

 ### 3. Sandler - A Vital Tool for Sales Success

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maddie P. | Manager, Sales Training (Sandler Ambassador), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

What I like most about Sandler is that it gives sellers multiple ways to connect with buyers in a meaningful way and uncover the real challenges and obstacles they’re dealing with. My main takeaway is that sellers need to ask the right questions—questions that bring out not just the buyer’s surface-level pain, but also why that pain continues and, most importantly, the emotional and business impact of leaving it unresolved.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

I’d like to see Sandler develop more robust materials for participants to use throughout the program, such as workbooks, job aids, and similar resources.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

I highly recommend the Sandler Sales Methodology program to anyone considering it. Sandler has been a true game-changer for our company, reshaping how our sales professionals build, strengthen, and manage relationships with buyers. If you’re looking for a proven, practical approach that improves sales performance while also reinforcing client trust, Sandler is an excellent choice.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Sandler Ambassador, I see how the Sandler sales methodology solves the fundamental problem of the buyer-seller dynamic, where traditional sales tactics often lead to wasted time, unpaid consulting, and high-pressure environments. By teaching professionals how to establish equal stature and follow a rigorous qualifying process, Sandler eliminates the frustration of "chasing" prospects who have no intention of buying. This benefits me personally by providing participants a predictable framework for communication that reduces stress, ensures they only spend time on viable opportunities, and ultimately creates more authentic, professional relationships. Sandler offers a great sales methodology program that is

**Official Response from Sunshine Levin:**

> It's great to hear that Sandler's methodology has helped solve the fundamental problem of the buyer-seller dynamic. We are committed to providing a predictable framework for communication and creating more authentic, professional relationships for our participants.

 ### 4. Sandler Feels Like a True Partner: Transparent, Tailored, and Results-Driven

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian C. | Vice President Sales Operations, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

Sandler operates as a true partner, not just a training vendor. They are transparent, direct, and genuinely invested in our success. From the beginning, they took the time to understand our business model which acquires and scales SaaS companies. They tailored their approach to fit our needs rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all program.

Their team consistently delivers practical, actionable guidance that drives real results. They hold our leaders accountable, provide candid feedback, and stay engaged beyond the initial rollout to ensure adoption and impact. That combination of trust, transparency, and measurable outcomes is what sets them apart.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

Honestly, there isn’t anything I dislike about working with Sandler. In any large-scale initiative, especially one spanning 100+ business units, there are always moments where friction could occur. What stands out is how proactively their team addresses those situations.

Any time we identified an area that needed adjustment, they leaned in, listened, and worked collaboratively with us to revise the process, workflow, or desired outcome. They don’t get defensive, they focus on improvement and results. That responsiveness and flexibility has made the partnership smooth and highly effective.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

If you’re considering Sandler, treat it as a strategic initiative, not just a training event. Our business units that got the greatest impact are the ones that ensure alignment and buy-in from all sales leaders upfront. Leadership engagement dramatically accelerates adoption and reinforces the behaviors you want embedded in your culture.

It’s also important to recognize the varying experience levels and learning styles within your sales organization. Not everyone benefits in the same way. Newer sellers and those developing foundational skills often gain significant value from structured group learning, shared role play, and peer interaction. More tenured sellers and sales leaders can benefit greatly from 1:1 coaching hours, where they can work through real deals, leadership challenges, and strategy in a highly customized way.

If you approach the partnership thoughtfully where you align leadership, tailor the rollout to your team’s maturity, and reinforce the methodology consistently, Sandler can meaningfully accelerate sales effectiveness and organizational performance. Sandler wants to help, they are incredible.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a corporation that acquires SaaS businesses with the intention of helping them succeed at even higher levels, one of our biggest challenges was building a consistent, scalable sales program across 100+ business units — including sellers, SDRs, account managers, and sales leaders. Each business came with its own processes, habits, and levels of sales maturity.

Sandler helped us solve the problem of inconsistency in sales methodology, qualification, and coaching. They provided a structured, repeatable framework that we could deploy across the organization, creating a common language and approach to selling. This significantly accelerated our ability to professionalize our sales teams, improve pipeline quality, strengthen discovery and qualification, and elevate frontline sales leadership.

The benefit has been faster alignment, improved sales discipline, stronger coaching conversations, and a clearer path to scalable growth across our portfolio. Sandler has been a true partner in helping us build a high-performance sales culture at scale.

**Official Response from Sunshine Levin:**

> We appreciate your thoughtful recommendations for others considering Sandler. It's great to hear that aligning leadership, tailoring the rollout, and reinforcing the methodology have been key factors in accelerating sales effectiveness for your organization. Thank you for recognizing the value of our tailored approach for different experience levels and learning styles within your sales organization.

 ### 5. Our Secret Weapon for Closing Deals Faster

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha Z. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

I see great value in Sandler for improving the ability of go-to-market field teams to set really clear agendas and upfront contracts. This leads to an increase in booking next steps after calls and the ideal state of shortened sales cycle, which is a huge plus. I also find Sandler's expertise and deliverables particularly valuable. We had a really great training experience, and it was incredibly beneficial to have all our field teams participating in person for Sandler training. I appreciate the psychology behind the sales methodology that helps in simplifying the human-to-human connection in sales. Plus, I'm really excited to start our reinforcement year. Their approach and guidance are reasons why we engaged with them, and Mark Foley, our sales rep, was a big part of our decision. It's immensely beneficial in getting back to basics, and I wouldn't change anything about their services or approach.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

N/A

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sandler helps our go-to-market teams set clear agendas and upfront contracts, leading to an increase in booking next steps and a shortened sales cycle.

**Official Response from Sunshine Levin:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Sandler. We're delighted to hear that our sales methodology has helped simplify the human-to-human connection in sales for your team. It's great to know that our approach and guidance have been beneficial, and we're excited to continue supporting your go-to-market teams. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to our continued partnership.

 ### 6. Consultative Sales Training Made Easy with Sandler

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria R. | Professional Development Expert / Coach

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

I really like how Sandler provides a clear structure for sales managers, which formalizes their thinking and emphasizes accountability. Their methodologies like the thirty second commercial, upfront contract, and pain funnelling offer brilliant and logical ways to understand Clients businesses and needs better. I find their LMS tool support extremely valuable as it helps address topics where someone might be struggling by providing online resources and modules to check learn online.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

I think I would have loved the approach to have been more tailored to our business. Some of the training, some of the examples I saw were not relevant for us. As an example, there's quite a big piece on budget. Budget isn't relevant for us because we draw down from the apprenticeship levy. So I would have just preferred for it to have been a little more tailored to our business, and be more bespoke rather than just lift and shift, previous content.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sandler provides a clear structure for our sales managers, formalizing their thinking and highlighting accountability. The methodologies, like the thirty-second commercial and upfront contract, offer new ways to understand business and make the process logical and coherent.

**Official Response from Sunshine Levin:**

> We're glad to hear that you find our sales training structure and methodologies valuable for understanding clients' needs and improving sales processes.

 ### 7. They Practice What They Preach

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ragna v. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

I appreciate that it’s not a crash course or a one-off training, but instead a longer-term change management program focused on sustained improvement over time.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

“Dislike” is too strong, but I did experience some challenges with how my account was managed by customer service, mainly due to changes and planned leaves. I really value the recent decision to keep the Account Manager involved in the process after the contract is signed.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

Only start considering Sandler if you’re truly ready to do the work. They will guide you, ask probing questions, and provide what they can, but key parts of discovering whether there’s a real fit have to come from the buying side. Sandler will hold you to that and make sure you do your part. It’s a partnership, not a situation where you can simply delegate the work and expect it to happen on its own.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sandler is proving structure and discipline to our sales process and building lasting behaviors that change how sellers are perceived and valued by our customers.

**Official Response from Sunshine Levin:**

> We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you value our longer-term change management program. We appreciate your patience as we worked through the challenges you experienced with your account management and are committed to improving in this area. Thank you for your recommendation to others considering Sandler, and we look forward to continuing to support your sales process and behaviors.

 ### 8. Proactive, Responsive Partnership with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

Donna has been a great partner! Working with Angela since she joined the team has made a huge difference. She is proactive, bringing solutions, very responsive. Sunshine Levine has gone above and beyond with helping me understand Yoodli, how it works, what can be done. Sandler was responsive when we approached them about changing the instructor due to some challenging feedback. Jon is a fantastic facilitator!

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

Our initial project coordinator was not proactive, and was at times slow to respond. In the beginning, it seems as if the whole project team did not understand our learners and that they were not traditional sales people.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

Engage early and often. Once we identified an issue, the Sandler team was quick to respond. Lesson learned - I should have spoken up earlier about our project coordinator.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a unique situation as our learners are not sales as in going after new logos. They are program (account) managers who are tasked with expanding, growing, and retaining current clients.

 ### 9. Boosts Sales Skills with Effective Techniques

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robin L.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

I like that Sandler is very organized but also flexible, which was a key factor in choosing them over other options. I'm impressed with the people we've interacted with. My sales team appreciates having access to their LMS for self-paced learning. I'm also interested in leveraging their assessment tool in the future to identify individual gaps. The preparation for sales calls and role-playing exercises are valuable aspects. Additionally, teaching salespeople to ask better questions, truly understand customer pain points, and express how our product is the solution has been beneficial. The follow-up questions are something my team finds very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

Nothing

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sandler helps improve sales skills and provides good feedback from the sales team, though it's early to see full impact. We use their LMS for ongoing learning and plan to use their assessment tool to identify individual skill gaps.

**Official Response from Sunshine Levin:**

> We're delighted to hear that you find Sandler's organization and flexibility to be valuable, and that your sales team appreciates the self-paced learning through our LMS. We're also glad to hear that the preparation for sales calls and role-playing exercises have been beneficial. Thank you for sharing your positive experience!

 ### 10. Flexible In‑Person and Virtual Training That Fits Busy Schedules

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

hey offer both in‑person and virtual training options, which is incredibly accommodating for busy professionals and teams with varying schedules or locations

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

We are still in the process of learning the Sandler methods - as of now there isn't dislikes.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

Take advantage of both the in‑person and virtual training formats—having flexible options makes it much easier to stay consistent with the program. Also, be prepared to actively participate; the more you engage with the material, the more value you’ll get from it.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sandler is helping us grow our sales development and training program.

**Official Response from Sunshine Levin:**

> We're glad to hear that you find our flexible training options accommodating for your busy schedule. Thank you for choosing Sandler for your sales development and training program.

 ### 11. Thorough and Clear Communication Throughout

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

they have been very thorough and have communicated very well.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

Nothing comes to mind. They have been very helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

More information you can provide them the better.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sandler is providing Sales Training to our staff to help us solve the problem of better connecting with our customers to generate sales.

**Official Response from Sunshine Levin:**

> We are glad to hear that you found our communication thorough and clear. Thank you for your positive feedback!

 ### 12. Great Tools when used correctly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert M. | Director of business development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

They give great tools and tips to help you remember how to be good at sales and teach in groups with consistent peer coaching and role playing which is hugely beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

The best Sandler trainers are borderline sociopaths who teach other to only care about people for their ability to buy or refer. If you aren't immediately useful to "Sandler" people you are quickly discarded. In great Kansas City Metro region Sandler has a particularly bad name because of two of the trainers who have been doing it the longest (one of them who has a son who is a Sandler Executive) and outside of their ecosystem people do not like how "Sandler trained people" treat others because, in practice, if you can't help this person achieve their goals right now through buying or referral they want nothing to do with you and won't take any meeting that doesnt' have an immediate ROI.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

Use the %80 of the training that doesn't make you a sociopath and disregard the forcing functions and transactional attitudes that make you a money focused sociopath.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding Sales psychology and the ideal sales process. Before Sandler I didn't know why I was losing sales or how to "score" them and now I do. Sandler experiences vary widely by who is doing the training.

 ### 13. A fabulous course that instilled valuable skills into my day to day!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack S. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

I like that the resources remain available for at least a year after completing your course. I follow a few of the speakers on Linkedin, and they are always sharing valuable insights in my feed.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

I took the training virtually, which made it hard to digest some of the information, but fortunately, I was able to take notes on all of the detailed speeches and slides.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

I would choose Sandler Sales Training if you are in a sales-oriented or client-facing marketing role. It gave me the confidence and courage to establish equal business stature with all clients that I work with.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I took Sandler Training to help me become more confident in client situations, learn tactics to keep clients engaged, and view our organization as a true partner and extension of the client.

 ### 14. The best support to be succesfull in sales

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angel C. | Associate, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

They explain in a very comprehensive way what do we have to do to have a better performance. You apply the learnings and see results. It's better than other cause they are very actuals

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

I had certain issues with the online training. After a few attempts and support from them the issues were solved. I think they need to develop materials to explain this part.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

I truly recommend this system because if you really apply the principles and tecniques you will improve your performance

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had trouble to obtain leads due to I did a litlle prospecting efforts, Sandler showed me the way to be more succesfull in prospecting. My results have increased and I'm very happy for this

 ### 15. Using Sandler Personally & Professionally

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dianne G. | Director, Council Communications & Resources, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

We benefit most from questioning strategies used in sales, coaching, or multiple functions. I also like that Sandler gives us sayings/expressions that we can remember and apply to different situations. For example, pendulum theory

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

Sandler has been an all-white old-boys organization for too long. I appreciate seeing the diversity of people of color and more women represented in the organization lately. Even during the virtual Summit, there was a reference to dirty jokes. It's 2022 - that's not okay. Move faster. Do better. Grow into the organization you can be that includes all people and does not allow for poor behavior.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

Sandler is sales, but it's also a communication methodology you can adapt to work within your business. It works when you integrate it and then adjust the concepts to match your organization.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a membership-based organization with 111 separate entities. We lacked consistency and a similar process and could not evaluate what was working and what wasn't effectively. Through Sandler, we have a common process, we learn more about our prospects and offer them solutions that work for them. We've had a 20% increase in new members among the entities that use Sandler across all departments. We encourage our entities to use Sandler in all departments. We see that the entities integrating Sandler across departments perform better and have stronger internal working relationships.

 ### 16. Sandler Sales Training advocate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

The best topics include Bonding and Rapport, objection handling, and using upfront contracts and clear futures at every stage of a sales cycle. I like the interactions with the trainers and coaches.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

There are some customizations available, but it would be good to have a Sandler Sales Training for selling enterprise software. It would be good to have an Enterprise sales motion for selling to large companies.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

They should make it easy for their teams to put the training into practice. That might mean changing or adding fields in the CRM or just changing how Managers and leaders interact with their teams and speak the Sandler language.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sandler is a great foundation for any sales professional. When managing a large sales team, struggles include a lack of consistency in sales execution, poor objection handling, and low adoption of best practices for running great calls.

 ### 17. Sandler sets the standard for earli-in-career sales education

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jamie w. | Director, Learning Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

Sandler professional trainers provide strong hands-on workshops that provide one-on-one focus for sales reps and build their confidence for when they leave the classroom

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

Developing a learning program with Sandler requires a long lead time. This is due to the number of directions a class can take. A lot of pre-planning is required.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

Ensure your sales leadership is fully committed and will dedicate the time needed to fully plan the program with you. That way, their expectations will be set and will be in line with the program as delivered

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most early-in-career sales reps come to work with very raw talent and no organization skills. Sandler is very good at helping these new team members put a "stake in the ground" providing a consistent, strategic approach to researching, prospecting and connecting with potential clients and customers.

 ### 18. Sandler Training Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracy S. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

Hands-on training and friendly staff makes learning enjoyable and easy!

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

Depending on the person and training, the amount of time needed is much longer. So you need to account for that!

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

Consider the team members going to the training and set up expectations on how long it will take to work and train each individual.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training staff on how to recognize sales opportunities through referrals.

 ### 19. Fantastic Sales Training Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lance B. | Human Resources Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

Ease of use with the platform makes any skill level comfortable.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

It can be time-consuming getting all employees familiar with using the platform.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

This is a great tool. We highly recommend giving it a try.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps our employees newer to sales get proper training and keeps our veteran employees keep up with the latest tools

 ### 20. Great program, very practical and applicable right away

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

As well as an overarching sales process, Sandler gave us many practical and applicable techniques to defend price, defend our time, level up, call time, share concerns, manage customer calls etc.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

I can't think of anything specific that I didn't like. The first session was a little elementary but I think it was just laying the groundwork for the rest of the program so that's understandable.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

The Sandler content was very appropriate for the experience level of our SMB sales reps, but I'm not sure whether that was because the content was specifically customized to the experience level of our AEs, or if it's because it's only suitable for early stage sales reps. If I was considering purchase Sandler training and I had Enterprise AEs (for example), I would just want to test whether it's as applicable (it very well could be, I'm just not sure).

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a common vernacular across our SMB sales team when coaching and doing deal reviews. We also needed to give young sales reps more confidence to value their time, speak directly, and defend the value of our product.

 ### 21. Sandler teaches you useful information

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

I loved the fact that the sales trainers are actually sales people.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

It was on a zoom meeting. I wish it could have been in person.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

They have a local presence which is HUGE

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asking the correct questions at the right time.
They showed how to correctly work through a conversation that is productive for all parties.
They also helped me get rid of head trash.

 ### 22. Good theory and methodology, not necessarily practical

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

Learning the Sandler methodology helps reps step back from the day-to-day selling and pipeline to reflect on skills, theory, and assess what's working and what's not.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

Much of Sandler seems repetitive, especially after an Immersion and getting to the Reinforcement sessions. Beyond it being redundant, it's also mostly theory and hard to apply directly.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

I'd recommend Sandler for those in enterprise sales, perhaps less so for strictly Saas.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with core individual sales skills, back to the fundamentals for many salespeople. With a large sales team using the same system, it also builds consistency across the team.

 ### 23. Best sales training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

The feedback we've gotten from the teams is that they love how tangible sandler is, there are many mock emails, examples, and preset structures that the team uses with actual clients.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

A challenge I have as a manager is when we have new starters, getting them "caught up" in sander methodology if they have started after we kicked off initial training.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sandler training has helped our teams with deeper discovery to use our time more wisely, and also to control the sales cycle with up front contracts and making sure we have clear complelling events.

**Official Response from Emily Reggia:**

> Thank you for taking the time to review Sandler and sharing your feedback! We are thrilled to hear that Sandler training has made an impact on your teams, however, we understand that you face unique challenges as a manager with onboarding. If a kickoff has occurred and you have a new team member, don't hesitate to reach out to us and we can provide materials to get them on track.

One other exciting option is perhaps having one of your team members become a Sandler Ambassador. For those on the team that are especially passionate, they can become certified as an official Ambassador, with access to exclusive programs and materials that they can continue to implement within your sales teams... especially as new sales reps join your organization.

 ### 24. Its not just sales training; its communication and professional training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian D. | Private Equity Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2020

**Describe the project or task Sandler helped with:**

My goal was to learn how to best position and sell my company while speaking with potential clients. Sandler was able to teach me how to do that by not teaching me how to sell, but by teaching me how to communicate better with people. It wasn't a class about tricks and moves to pull in sales. It was a class rooted in psychology that helps you understand how to speak with people and act genuinely in your job.

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

The most helpful part was how interactive the training was. It was not a lecture and taking notes. It was learn something, hear examples, apply it to your job/role and then practice. The upsides are that you can apply what they teach to any role senior, junior, or beginner and any industry.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

The downsides of using Sandler are that there is a lot of information. They throw a lot at you and it will take some time to digest it, put it in to use and then own it. It also helps to have some experience, if you don't have any experience it may be difficult to apply it to your job and relate to a lot of examples.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

Do it after a couple months of working.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has changed the perspective I take on to my calls. I was having problems with being nervous, rushing and pushing information on to potential clients and now with a more patient and calm perspective I have realized that potential clients communicate more effectively and efficiently with me and I am able to shorten the sales cycle.

 ### 25. Support your growth using the tools and this experienced team of professionals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2022

**Describe the project or task Sandler helped with:**

Sandler helped us benchmark our hiring, worked with onboarding some of our most successful team members and mentored our leadership team to reach their full potential. We have used them over the years to identify the issues in our process and talent and provide support in making adjustments where necessary.

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

Structured approach with time to go back and apply the learnings in dayf to day activities.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

There is nothing we dislike about the program.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We spend a considerable amount of time grounding our teams in the technical aspects of our industry, our solutions and applications but the actual sales process and the discipline that comes with being a professional needs as much attention as the rest of our continuous training of our associates.

 ### 26. I am new to Sales, and this has been excellent training for me.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

the immersion training is spread out over 8 weeks instead of 3 days in a hotel conference room. This allows me to retain more information.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

There were not many, Sandler has been very flexible

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

Do it!

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning to respect the time of others with the upfront contract.

**Official Response from Emily Reggia:**

> We are so happy to hear you had a positive experience with our Sandler Immersion Program! As you continue in your sales journey, know that we are always here to answer questions, share new materials, and help you continue to grow.

 ### 27. Mike Myers : Highly Recommended Sandler Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M. | Senior Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2021

**Describe the project or task Sandler helped with:**

I have worked with Mike over the past ten years with both Oracle and now UKG. His professionalism, energy, and institutional knowledge are unparalleled. He engages his audience but, more importantly, ensures they are learning and becoming better as sales professionals.

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

I like Sandler because they break down the basics. Blocking and Tackling are what they do best, and those are some of the most critical pieces of our sales cycles. From Up-Front Contracts to The Pain Funnel, they help sales professionals feel more comfortable and ask more intelligent questions to uncover pain, and this is how we differentiate ourselves and our companies as well as add value as a trusted advisor

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

Sessions are a bit lengthy at times. I would like it broken up into 60 minutes versus 90 minutes, but that would be my only criticism, if anything.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

Engages Mike Myers

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems we are solving are the business challenges that the customer is experiencing, the impact on both them, their teams, and their organization. Some are hard costs, and some are soft, but through Sandler, we are better at realizing how to ask questions that get to the root of their problems as oppose to surface-based questions, which a majority of salespersons do. The benefit I am realizing is more streamlined conversations. My customers are more engaged, and they appreciate that we care enough to ask tough questions that some of our competitors do not.

 ### 28. From the Field to the Sales Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darrell M. | Sr. Field Service Tech, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2020

**Describe the project or task Sandler helped with:**

Sandler's Training, and Jeffrey Borovitz specifically, pulled back the curtain on the mystery of Sales for this field guy.
As Field Tech/Customer Support diva, answering an existing customer's question as fast as possible is the walk off home run, the mic drop of Customer Support.
As a Sales Professional, no, absolutely not. It took every single week of training and homework for Mr. Borovitz and the Sandler Sales System to break through that Field Tech ego wall and offer me the tools to treat Prospects the Sandler Way and the good old existing customers the good old way.
Respectfully,
Darrell Martin

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

Skilled Training professionals who believe in the System and relate to their students.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

Knowing I had so much valuable info to learn.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learned how to listen effectively. Learned what to ask and when to ask.

 ### 29. Sandler changed my career

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam B. | Business Development Leader-Texas, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2021

**Describe the project or task Sandler helped with:**

My company has use Sandler training for over a decade and it was engrained in our sales process when I joined 5 years ago. I was initially skeptical and resistant, and I struggled. I struggled connecting with customers, I struggled closing orders, and I struggle communicating with colleagues. After being challenged to embrace and use the system, I witnessed a nearly immediate shift in my business. My revenue and number of customers increased, and my closing percentage and average order amount over the past 5 years have improved drastically.

Own your ego, remove yourself from the outcome, ask good questions, and you will earn the business you deserve to earn. Utilizing the Sandler system and their network of trainers will help you separate yourself from your contemporaries.

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

The accountability measures the system help me hold myself to and the availability of other people with whom to practice.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

Some of the worksheets and tools create unnecessary work.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales cycle times have been reduced and we're not "practicing quoting" anymore.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

No dislikes. The training was spread over 5 sessions at 90 minutes each which made it digestible and sticky.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sandler Training helped us with onboarding new member candidates into my CEO peer advisory group. I am becoming a better listener, communicator, and coach as a result.

 ### 31. How to achieve "Exceptional" with Sandler

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

Sandler is a great methodology if you want to achieve your sales goals. The full program let you understand step by step how does the sales process works and how you can increase your chances of wining an account. I've learned during this 6 month period training with Sandler; Numbers are there and my quotas achievement don't lie. Thank you guys for this amazing training.

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

The methodology, specially the step by step process in which sales persons are involve during a sales cycle. How to reach and how to connect properly with your customers is one of the most important things I've learned with Sandler training.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

It would be great to have real trainings with real customers.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to connect properly with customers and how to fully understand their needs.

 ### 32. Collaborative and Effective

The Sander team partnered extensively with us to create sales training that was catered to our industry and offering. I was impressed with the way that their team leaned in to better understand our company and our sales process in order to better ensure success and adoption. I would absolutely recommend them to any organization that is looking to scale a sales team and drive accountability and success.

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

I love the confidence that my sales team developed through the adoption of the Sandler methodology. A real game-changer.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

I've found nothing to dislike so far in the relationship.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sandler gave our sales team a high level of consistency and confidence in the sales process. The benefit was increased revenue and overall team performance.

 ### 33. Worth your time and effort!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie K. | Enterprise Account Manager - Identity and Access Management, Authentication Solutions Expert, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2020

**Describe the project or task Sandler helped with:**

Sandler allowed me to completely take control of my time and opportunities with others. Prior to Sandler, I would literally handle discovery, jump to a demo, spill the entire solution features out, send the prospect any and everything under the sun and then be chasing a deal for over 6 months and become extremely frustrated when I never heard back although I thought the solution was a great fit! Sounds familiar right? Sandler has brought to light the value of my time and products and brought forth transparency among myself and the clients I work with to create very good dialogue, awareness and mutual partnership. On the opposite but positive side of things, it's helped get to a no quicker than ever before and part ways on good terms, which...when's last last time you've had that happen? :)

I honestly would recommend this to all sales professionals both new in their career and those with 30 years "experience" because I guarantee you'll walk away from it with at least ONE (being modest), career altering technique that could positively impact you and your business!

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

Up-front contracts being carried throughout the entire sales cycle and the true discovery of drilling down the pain funnel to emotionally get the buyer/champion in touch with the business problem of which our product can solve!

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

At times, it can be hard to dedicate time to Sandler, but you get in what you put in!

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminating wasted time chasing opportunities and contacts that never would going to close in the first place. Overall better time management and speaking with people who want to work with you.

 ### 34. The Sales Training I've Always Been Looking For

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan P. | District Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2020

**Describe the project or task Sandler helped with:**

Day 1 Sandler broke down the buyer and seller process so clearly to me that I knew this training was going to be "good different." The methodology of the system is simple understand. The training, like the selling system, takes you though the stages of the system. During each stage there are thought provoking exercises, discussions, and role-play to keep you engaged in the training.

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

The materials associated with the training are the same materials that you use and reference when executing the selling system in the field. The graphics really help illustrate the stages and include key bullet points to keep you on the right track.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

Sandler Sales training is general sales system training that you then need to apply to your industry product or services. Sometimes I find myself questions if/how certain parts of the system are applicable to every selling situation.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

Audit and evaluate the training as you would any other.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the courage to practice equal business stature has been a sea change for me and my sales team. They way we now engage with our prospects during the qualification stage gets us eye level with decision makers.

 ### 35. Great Training!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2020

**Describe the project or task Sandler helped with:**

Great workshops during our company's Sales Kick Off event to better prep/motivate our teams to sell better.

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

The fact that we can work with our teams in a fixed & organized environment w/ subject matter experts that help you organize your selling process.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

Sometimes you go over very commonplace knowledge, but I believe it's inevitable with sales trainings in general at some point.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

If you feel stagnant or even too comfortable, I say try it and be pleasantly surprised when you learn something.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing you with different selling techniques. How do you get over the hump? How do you sell, without being too "salesy? How do you provide upfront contracts?

The training will provide you with a wider perspective into selling in general, that there is more than 1 way.

 ### 36. Sandler Rocks!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Whitney P. | District Service Sales Manager - KONE Americas - North Central and Mid-Atlantic Regions, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2020

**Describe the project or task Sandler helped with:**

We used Sandler to train general managers and our sales force. We had been operating in a very "old school" way of selling. Sandler has helped our team sell in today's world. We are no longer a bid factory... we make sure each customer is a good fit for us, has pain, willing to make a change, and has the money to spend before putting a proposal together.

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

We have a team of very talented salespeople. What bothers me is when those talents are wasted on low probability opportunities - with the Sandler process, we're able to qualify or disqualify opportunities early making our sales team effective in what they do.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

Change is hard... especially for sales people that have been doing the same thing for years. Getting the more experienced sales people on board with this can be challenging... but that comes with any new change.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

I can't say enough good things about Sandler. It has completely changed the game for our sales team. It has given them a new way of thinking and it's working.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sandler training has completely changed the game for our team. We are no longer a bid factory and saying "yes" to everyone that asks us to bid. It gives our sales team confidence to be the market leader. We've become better at qualifying and forecasting sales orders because of Sandler. We are using our time more efficiently and not wasting it on low probability jobs.

 ### 37. Clear, relevant, highly-applicable techniques to improve success rates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonny D. | VP, Customer Success EMEA & APAC, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2020

**Describe the project or task Sandler helped with:**

Sandler is helping bring methodology and rigour to any sales process or general business engagement for the commercial org. here at Brandwatch.

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

The content is easily digestible, logical and highly-applicable to our operation here at Brandwatch. We are seeing the impact of the training almost immediately with language and approach changing as we begin implementing what we are learning.
I also really enjoy the level of consultancy offered by Matt Benelli and his team who are keen to ensure that they truly understand our business, our teams and importantly the challenges we face.
Selfishly, we're deep into planning phase currently and so the timing if this training is perfect as it acts as solid set of guard rails in which to ensure our own content is aligned to the wider commercial org. and follows the best practice as laid out by Sandler.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

Very little. The video content could do with a refresh perhaps?

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

I've experience a ton of sales training over my career but I genuinely believe Sandler bring something different. They care and are passionate about their offering and work hard to ensure the experience is a valuable one.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of inconsistency in approach and success rates across our commercial org. For CS particularly, we need to focus harder on increasing our executive engagements, our up front agreements with customers, our questioning ability - all of which are being addressed.
We are changing content based on what we're learning and we are already seeing benefit here of customers opening up to us more and providing more opportunities for engagement. I can also see a mindset shift amongst the team to that of a more commercially astute and process-orientated one.

 ### 38. Learning the Sandler system has improved my selling strategy in more than one way!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julli S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2020

**Describe the project or task Sandler helped with:**

Sandler training helped to improve my selling system with concepts from the up-front contracts, which provides a clear path to the goals for all parties.

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

I liked the fact that learning the Sandler System has given me more control in my daily activities and a better understanding of where I stand with each project or customer.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

I believe that the role-playing portions would be stronger if a prepared customer scenario(s) is provided to work from for that section of learning.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not only solving the customer's issues more effectively with preparing for the meeting/conversation but I have been able to help myself with more time in the day.

 ### 39. Ruthlessly pragmatic & easy to apply

This is also a true partnership with help and assistance offered beyond the initial training phases. **What do you dislike about Sandler?**

Nothing to say here. I have been working in sales for 20+ years and this is excellent.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a nose to tail approach to sales. It has helped us prospect, qualify, work against objections, reignite stalled deals, identify pitfalls, create close plans and negotiate more effectively.

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

The people who were running and organizing the trainings. They were extremely helpful and made the trainings enjoyable and interactive.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

There is not anything that I can think when its comes to something I disliked with Sandler. The experience was a positive one overall.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was not part of the trainings, however the overall feedback I got from sales was positive and being implemented in the field. One benefit I realized was being able to track sales rep's progress throughout the course by pulling weekly progress reports from Sandler Online.

 ### 44. Career & Life Changing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2020

**Describe the project or task Sandler helped with:**

I was roughly 4 years into my B2B sales career when I was first exposed to Sandler. I attended a two day workshop that was sponsored by the developer of the software application that we represented. The best way to describe it is career changing. I had to have more, and thankfully the owners of the organization I was with felt similar and enrolled all sales staff into a one year program. Up to that point I used the prospect's system of selling features & benefits, demoing, and hoping. Sandler fundamentally changed this and helped me to determine which opportunities were truly qualified to spend meaningful time with, and then provided a system that was mutually beneficial for me and the prospect. Not only career changing, but life changing.

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

Three things that I like best about Sandler - Upfront Contracts, Reversing, and the Pendulum Theory.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

That my competition has been exposed to it and applies it as well...

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

If you are not in a competitive industry to the one I am in enroll in Sandler, and reinforce it constantly until it becomes second nature. If you are in a competitive industry to the one I am in you should select something else. ;)

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the great parts of Sandler is that it teaches you how to uncover true challenges that a prospect, and most importantly the impact of those challenges. This is not just beneficial for the sales person, but also holds tremendous value for the prospect who may not fully understand the issues, or teh wide ranging impact that they may have.

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

The team at Sandler goes out of their way to understand our business and to tailor the content to our specific needs.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a diverse and global sales organization so it's critical for us that every customer and prospect facing professional is as effective as possible. Using Sandler, we have aligned against a single methodology that helps our team identify, qualify, and close opportunities by articulating the business value our solutions deliver. Although it's early in the process, there is a measurable improvement in the quality of conversations, deal sizes are increasing, and our pipeline is growing.

 ### 46. Go From Not Knowing, To Knowing, To Using, To Owning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah B. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2020

**Describe the project or task Sandler helped with:**

I spent four days training with Mike Myers on everything from the mentality of a sales person to mastering cold call techniques and discovery call principals.

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

All of it! The importance of separating your identity from your role is an incredible mental foundation for a sales person to establish. Learning how and when to ask impactful questions, and drive conversations meaningfully forward instead of chasing tennis balls is fantastic. Also, I use this on my partner all the time, and it has made me a much better communicator with him. When things would make me mad because I felt like he wasn't understanding *me*, I've been able to reverse the conversation & start to get him to see things my way .... without having to tell him how I see things! Pretty. Great.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

Not enough. Need more. I need 18 more characters, so. I'll say it again for the people in the back. NOT ENOUGH. NEED MORE.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

Seriously, don't knock it til you try it. Sandler is a tried and tested form of communication. It's really not just for sales, it's for anything. It's a way to empathize, clarify, and move negotiations forward (be it a multi-million dollar deal, or just, like, getting to watch your TV show instead of your partners :P).

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's really helped me have more meaningful, productive conversations with sales prospects. It's great.

**Describe the project or task Sandler helped with:**

After 13+ years in higher ed sales, it is easy to feel like you have seen and heard it all. Attending Sandler Training for 2 days was well worth my time away from the office. I honed the sales tactics that are already working for me. Even better, I stretched my brain learning concepts that actually reduce my stress and pressure I otherwise felt I needed to put on a prospect to get the intel I need in the sales process.

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

The exercises we did in groups were great ways to practice the new strategies and sales language we were being taught.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

I really needed the work on reversing and negative reversing, so I wish (selfishly) that we could have spent more time on that and learned it starting on Day 1, in the afternoon.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

This is great training for those that have "been around the block". For those that are new, I suggest attending training once a year for a few years to really internalize the lessons.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been around sales for so long, it is easy for me to feel I can't learn anything new. I look forward to weaving in the steps I learned into my Discovery and Sales Presentations

**Describe the project or task Sandler helped with:**

Sandler was hired to provide sales training for a HID sales team, that I was part of.

The aim was to help the team apply a formalised, efficient and furthermore a working sales process, that would help us improve and...win more sales!

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

Sandler trainers were always very well prepared and delivered great insights as well as sales tips and techniques.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

There weren't any Sandler sales modules, that I did not find useful.

**Recommendations to others considering Sandler:**

An all-round 5-Star Training Experience!

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upfront Contracts are particularly useful in my daily sales calls and meetings. I also started using the Sandler Pain Funnel which helped me qualify a lot of previously unqualified opportunities.

 ### 50. Excellent Sales Methodology & Training to Up-Level Your Skills!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Describe the project or task Sandler helped with:**

My company hired Sandler Training to train all of our reps on a standard sales methodology so that we are all speaking the same language to our prospects and customers.

**What do you like best about Sandler?**

Sandler Training is extremely engaging and easy to digest. Our trainer, Mike Myers, was upbeat, professional and knowledgeable and made the training an awesome experience. The tools that I learned in Sandler Training have up-leveled my sales skills ranging from better discovery to better objection handling and negotiation.

**What do you dislike about Sandler?**

To be honest, there isn't much that I didn't like about Sandler Training! My company is great at reinforcing it as well.

**What problems is Sandler solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been in sales for years, however there are always certain aspects of sales skills that I was hoping to hone and improve. For example, I think most sales reps would agree that the "Discovery" phase in the sales process is the most challenging. Sandler gives you an awesome toolkit to understand the challenges customers are facing and even get 2nd and 3rd level pain which you can continue to leverage during the sales process. For our company, we now all speak the same language when it comes to setting agendas, objection handling, etc. which is a great experience for our prospects and customers.
