I like that it is effetiance, and their door to door service is convenient, and it has dedicated specialist for business and customers

The problem is that it hard to contact them at night

When we having the problem with customers device, they dont ask too many questions you get an assistance very quick

Ther whole system is design to be easy to use but their responses and their way to gather informations from the clients can be quite confusing, In my case I had to deal with lack information from Samsung

The people who assist is sometimes very rude, system and respones can be confusing and lack of information to the clients, sometimes as a client we need to seek for the real information on our own

**What problems is Samsung Contact Center Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They can asssit resolve issues over the phone making it accesible at anytime, this is key since as a lot of people who work from 8 - 5PM time is very hard to find for solutions

The support agents are always prompt and helpful. I havent encountered any problems. The scalability of the deployment is also aspects.

**What do you dislike about Samsung Contact Center Pro?**

They only offer phone support, which limits availability for issue resolution. It is difficult for people with schedules to find solutions. Troubleshooting and managing the app also be a bit challenging at times.

Samsung Contact Center Pro solves the problem of accessing support. It saves me time and effort by providing solutions. This benefits my business by ensuring customer satisfaction.

I like that you are able to find the specific product you need assistance with. Also, is nice that they provide oyu with common problems other people have, to make it easier for them to solve your problem.

**What do you dislike about Samsung Contact Center Pro?**

The time I used it was around christmas time, and it took a little time to get connected with someone. However, I undestand that is a very busy season. Overall was a good experience.

I have use the chat option. Not really into calling. But overall was a good experience.

All my Devices are register to the SCC pro and it helps me manage them and also ask for suppport and get a repair scheduled if needed

Helps customers have a platform to air out concerns and get solutions to their problems in a fast and reliable way. As somebody who uses  a Samsung product, this helps me find a pointperson to get in touch to whenever I face any issues.

**What do you dislike about Samsung Contact Center Pro?**

In some cases it might be best to have an initial chat feature pointperson, so that problems are already sent in before a support agent picks up my particular case/ticket. No issues so far.

It's helping me solve troubleshooting/support issues.

I would highly recommend this company because they are fast, polite, efficient and reliable. They handle situations very fast and help you to resolve them as well. Samsung is the way to go.

I have no dislikes nor do I have anything against Samsung. But, I would say maybe improve the wait time so people aren't waiting so long. People hire people that completely understand English.

I get sufficient discounts as well as they take it easy on me. As I am still learning the basics have things. But, most of all the politeness and personality benefit me.
