The people who assist is sometimes very rude, system and respones can be confusing and lack of information to the clients, sometimes as a client we need to seek for the real information on our own Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They can asssit resolve issues over the phone making it accesible at anytime, this is key since as a lot of people who work from 8 - 5PM time is very hard to find for solutions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They only offer phone support, which limits availability for issue resolution. It is difficult for people with schedules to find solutions. Troubleshooting and managing the app also be a bit challenging at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
