Sometimes it takes far too long for a video file to be retrieved after I request it. There have been times when I request a series of videos and, even 8 hours later, it still hasn’t connected to the camera to start the upload. For time-sensitive situations, that delay is really frustrating. The audio alerts are also pretty overbearing. I understand this is a feature controlled by our administration, but I still think the sensors for things like harsh braking, lane departure, and railroad crossing violations need a lot of work, because they seem to trigger for no reason. Lastly, some of our cameras do not have the ability to live-look in despite the fact we calibrate all of our fleet to the same standard protocols, why are some able to and others don't give me that option? We were on the fence for years on whether or not to implement a safety product such as Samsara, however, we needed a better way to control our drivers and the vehicles out on the road.
