I like the ability to have all of my unit information at my fingertips. Real time tracking is helpful when giving customers eta for delivery. Just starting to use the IFTA reporting tool and while fuel is somewhat complicated to upload by file, it seems to work just fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We don't always receive a email notification for units coming up for PM service even though they are attached to a PM service plan. It would be nice to have a Google Street view icon to use when viewing map Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was assigned a sales representative Olive who consistently beat competitors' prices on GPS and Dashcams and maintained excellent communication whenever I needed additional devices. They made it easy to get exactly what we needed, efficiently and effectively. At first we started with only GPS devices but then we added the dash cams. It has occasionally logged me out and demanded that I log back in. It's hard to find a person out in the field when they start driving after I've already left from my previous location. The MEM for mobile device managamet is overly basic. Updates for the mobile apps do not push out even thought the settings are et to a high priority. Connectivity is finicky between LTE and the Vehicle gateway. Some functions will run off lte while others HAVE to be connected to the VG which uses an lte connection. Samsara is everything you can need for a trucking company. We love how easy and simplifed, but also it goes to such detailes. We use it non stop and it is so easy to implement. It is as easy as it can be to order new devices and best of all it is as easy to install them. No need for any special tools.
