I have worked with other tracking services, but Samsara is the easiest to work with, and it is the most efficient service available. It has features that no other service provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the units are rather weak, as in: we do have a number of units that have gone bad too soon, and water damage is rather frequent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Samsara is by far the most user friendly system and has the most proactive support team.
The system is plug and play, super simple to install. It has all the features and functions that we need plus dozens more that we were not even aware we needed. It also integrates with our TMS, Maintanance software, and anything else we could imagine.

Samsara is honestly fantastic, there is not much to complain about. We had an issue with logins a few weeks ago but the support team had that resolved in exactly 4 minutes, I am not exaggerating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are quite a few features that are missing and some of the features work in an annoying way, such as having to use an awkward date format just to get mileage privileges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to retreive videos from incidents and accidents from the website has saved us from being found at fault when we weren't. The system is easy to install and the software is easy to navigate. Customer support is quick to respond and they always find a solution. I monitor 30 vehicles currently, and in the pass I monitored 100 vehicles. Setting up a Geofence has helped making sure vehicles stay within our project limits. Not able to upload maintenance receipts and fuel receipts, we have to use a different service. The drivers have to inspect their vehicles every morning before leaving the premisis which helps us in being proactive in unexpected issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Samara software is easy to use; navigate around to find the vehicle related information. The side bar icons are easily identifiable and helpful to find the information categories. I like how simple it is to use and how easy it is to implement this into our daily routine. It has become essential to everyday work flow with its simplicity and usefulness.
