What do you like best about Samsara?

The amound of useful options, that can be used be the Safety Manager to monitor the fleet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsara?

Nothing in particular stands out. Maybe the way of log book editing by the fleet manager can be slightly changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Samsara?

Easy to install, easy to use, a lot of features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsara?

Support can sometimes be lacking. For example, I have sent multiple emails following up after a phone call regarding a broken GPS and dashcam. It has been a week and still, Samsara is silent - not ok Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to have ELD in all of our units and thanks to Samsara, we have that. We need dashcams for insurance purposes - we have that too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Samsara?

the API, we can connect this to our in house app and use it to monitor vehicle useage and helps a lot with our maintenance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsara?

i cannot find much to be dissappointed about Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Samsara solving and how is that benefiting you?

when connected to the API we no longer need to gather and ask drivers the mileage on the vehicle which will immediately get out of date and instead we sync our mileage every 30 mins and that allows us to monitor exactly when we need to perform oil changes and other scheduled maintenance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Samsara?

I love being able to tell exactly where my drivers are and have been. Tracking where they go saves us so much time and effort when a customer questions if we've been to their location or not. Easy to use and pretty accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsara?

It does take a second to catch up with where the vehicle is if you are tracking live time or on the phone with your driver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Samsara?

Cameras are clear and functional always, video retrieval is quick. Easy to implement and then let run. Safety coaching is great; capturing of safety events is also very helpful and easy to review/manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Samsara?

Customer service does not respond via email. Lackluster support. Needing more ways to attach devices in vehicles. Platform is a big clunky/disorganized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Allowing us to track employee movements throughout the day to prevent time theft. Video surveillance protects us when accidents happen. Real-time harsh event notifications keep management in the loop so we can support immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Samsara?

We only have one truck that delivers inventory from our warehouse to our manufacturing facility. Samsara gives me a detailed look at our drivers' performance. This allows me to give them pertinent feedback. Once the unit was installed, it was easy to set up and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
