- Browser based, hence can be used from anywhere not like a few other booking softwares which are tied to one system.

- This software seems to be designed mainly for small businesses or individual stores, but I find it difficult to operate a data-driven business with it.
- The support team has been unresponsive and often appears unsure about their own features.
- During the sales process, the representative made certain promises, but when I encountered a clear obstacle during onboarding, I was told that I should have confirmed the feature before making the purchase. However during purchase the representative talked about full refund if needed and then backed out when I asked for it as my onboarding itself is not complete after 2 months.
- I had to manually port all the data from old software to Salonist. This was cumbersome as I had to write my own python scripts to transform data to their format.
- Additionally, the workaround provided for importing my old customers from my previous software was flagged as problematic by my accountant.
- Instead of trying to understand my approach to incentive calculation and offering a suitable solution, they expect me to change my business process to fit their system.
