Taking notes on doors allows me to be able to see at a glance if I should pursue follow up with the prospect. The note will last forever, and when I go back and knock the same neighborhood, it saves time knowing what houses to knock and what houses to avoid. It could be a little more precise when tracking location. Certain neighborhoods have houses very close to each other and sometimes the app says I'm access the street or at the wrong house and I get a little disoriented. Also, it does not link with SalesForce as much as it could as far as keeping things to to date and creating prospects in the CRM. Update: If we could have more updated satellite images, that would also be helpful. Sales Rabbit does a great job at tracking your progress through any given area as a canvasser. It rarely glitches and when it does customer support has always been able to resolve any issue I have had . The public information that you can see for assigned houses is phenomenal. I love SalesRabbit for a few reasons, but my favorite part is the leaderboard. I find that it is naturally creating a sense of competition among my representatives. Secondly, accountability is becoming a natural trait within the salesforce because of the leaderboard. SalesRabbit has done a terrific job with user experience, the colors of everything, pretty self-explanatory processes; it's almost like a video game with the reps. I don't believe that the terrible android app is all that much SalesRabbits fault, but I do wish it was better, mostly because I have just a couple of reps with android phones, so it makes training more difficult for them to follow along with. I would be forced to write down a lot more notes and figure out a way to integrate all of them if we didn't have SR. It works beautifully. The best feature is assigning a status using one of the icons/badges from the lead menu. It makes it very clear where I need to go back for another attempt or at a certain time. I've used SR through a few different EPCs or installers and each have labeled or modified their own version of lead icons or badges. Not always, but sometimes the labels and images are not super clear or obvious. There could potentially be an opportunity for standardization.
