What do you like best about Salesmsg?

Still the best platform for Active Campaign users to integrate SMS/MMS/Phone into their automations. They are also far and away the best of all of our vendors in running a product improvement process where users feel like they are being heard and prioritized. The real-time conversations, quick templating, and ability to manage everything from one dashboard make it an absolute game-changer for admissions and sales follow-ups.

What I dislike about Salesmsg is that the search and filtering features could be more robust. When you’re juggling a large volume of conversations, it can take a bit of extra time to find older threads or sort by specific lead tags. Salesmsg was great because they did not require us to sign a contract- they were very professional during the onboarding process and their product initially was very seamless for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support was lacking- we were not able to easily reach a staff member to address software issues. At the time, they utilized a chat feature for support, and it sometimes took several business days to get a response. We were unable to call and speak with someone who could help.
