It is easy to text your customers to keep them engaged and to connect with them if they are unresponsive. I really enjoy that you can create snippets of messages that you may commonly use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The hardest part of using Salesmsg is that we primarily use it with Hubspot. In Hubspot, you can only see the Salesmsgs on the contact level which makes it difficult to understand what communication has happened with a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our sales communications funnel relies on a combination of automated outreach messages and reminders, and then manual responses once the conversation is engaged. This tool makes it very easy to integrate with Zapier and ActiveCampaign (seems like it works well with HubSpot too, but we don't use that) to make personalized automated messages possible, mixed with a user-friendly UX when you need to manually engage back and forth with a client. I also like that they are constantly adding new features, and clearly take the feedback and use-cases of their users to heart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can be glitchy from time to time with the display showing messages that have already been closed out or messages from other inboxes that you supposedly have hidden away.
