I like how easy and efficient is to contact customers, getting responses and conversation flow makes the interaction not invasive and negotiations are more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to have a mass text option to hit multiple people at once, also copy paste feature to be implemented since in order to send a picture you need to attach the document. (Not sure if this is a Mac OS issue) overall great app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The process is completely automated and allows us to be able to pull information from our CRM and update our customers with regular text messages on the status of their orders, which was an extremely useful tool during the significant supply chain issues we experienced over the past 2 years. Salesmsg is an easy-to-use platform with plenty of options to customize your setup. Honestly, though, what I love best is their customer service. Not only is the team accessible, but they also love to get feedback that can be used for improvement. They have a simple and functional feature request site where you can easily see what's coming up for development. Last, their integration with Hubspot is really nice. You can send messages right from hubspot without having to have another app or window open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I love their hubspot integration, there's room for improvement here. However, I recently made a feature request and the CEO reached out to learn more about our companies' needs with this. He took the time to listen and take notes and we came up with a couple different solutions that I'm hoping to see enacted soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that you can create a contact profile rather than just putting in the number and not knowing who you are talking to. It is very convenient to see the first name, last name, and email of the customer you are texting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that a customer can be "opted out" and you cannot message them if they have opted out. I also dislike how if you create a contact that has already been a contact, it doesnt let you start a new conversation. You must search the phone number in salesmsg to find the discussion. Great platifform for texting within USA and Canada . many integrations with CRM platforms, competitive price, fantastic servce. The team is constantly adding features most requested by customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing comes to mind other than international text other than Canada is currently not available and as far as I know not on the roadmap for future development by the team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
