What do you like best about Salesmsg?

Nothing. It does not feel like they have the capability to handle large amounts of texts messages and then have the replies come through in the right order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I hate how many times i have to relogin, and sometimes it doesn't upload on my iphone. It also never shows me messages at the top when new messages come in. The often times make me scroll down and look for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I specifically love how you can text prospects from within the HubSpot interface. I also love how responsive and helpful the entire Sales Msg team is. What do you like best about Salesmsg?

The email integration, how the messages alert me that way. I don't always have the app open on my computer or my phone so it helps me stay on top of things, I really appreciate that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While the industry standard is 160 characters for text messages, Salesmsg won't limit your messages, and can be longer than the standard SMS length. Trying to make heads-or-tails of the set-up for each of my team members - do I get them their own numbers? Do I just add them to a box? I would like to see a pros and cons of set-up configurations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Communicating with our clients effectively has been a big problem for us - phone calls go unanswered and emails get "lost". However, we've found that when we text them they are more apt to respond, and it keeps a record of our communications as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
