I love the ease of using Salesmsg! I like that it searches our customer database for names or phone#'s and we can add them if they aren't listed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it is a little "glitchy". I will search for a name or ph# and it will not be found in the system. When I go to add the contact, it gives me an error stating they are already listed. Then it shows them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have any specific downside to salesmsg. Until now, I have been using Salesmsg for three months and found it only helps. Maybe the only suggestion would be to allow longer messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sales message makes it so easy to text our customers! We use it every day. Recently, they have added an option to save messages you send all the time, so you just click a button to put the paragragh in and don't have to type it all. Love this, saves me so much time.
