What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I do not need to use my iPhone, and customers do not need to know my number. I wouldn't say anything is best about Salesmsg. I cannot wait until we find another option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

It crashes. It fails to load. Receiving photos is not great; no easy way to save them. Does not receive videos. Days at a time, it will be down. It's probably my least favorite tool that is supposed to enable efficiency me at work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesmsg solving and how is that benefiting you?

I need to be able to text clients, and this is the system we use because I imagine it was cheap. It feels cheap. Doesn't play well with Salesforce, which is a huge downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesmsg?

Salesmsg does everything it promises. It's truly painting by numbers and that says a lot for someone that can't spell IT. The ROI is off the charts and if your a small business you need this product. Well worth the investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would say the only downfall is the number of points you go through sending out messages. I wish there was a better plan for small businesses like mine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
