The only down side I can see is not responding back to customers when they are communicating with you. leaving the customer on unread can be a problem but that is more on the user and not sales msg. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Salesmsg offers seamless integration with Hubspot. It makes using both pieces of software seamless. Salesmsg scheduling features for individual messages and saved replies make personalized follow-up much smoother for myself and my team mates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The app is the only piece of Salesmsg I don't care much for. Luckily I'm almost exclusively on desktop, but I've found it can be just a bit clunky. It's still far better than other iOS apps I've used though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesmsg is incredibly easy to use, especially with our integration with HubSpot. Now I don't need to text from my personal phone, and the automation it's equipped with is an added bonus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have found the Chrome extension and the Android app to be glitchy, sometimes having to log in repeatedly throughout the day, not listing the most current conversations by default, sometimes not allowing you to take a photo and upload from your phone, not allowing to click to make a phone call with your phone rather than the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not intended to be a text or voice-based call of system, but it works perfectly for us. End users can text or call and leave a voicemail stating they won't be in for their shift. HR team members have full control to reply, listen to voicemails, and send broadcast messages. The supervisors have a view-only role so they can see what users are calling/texting off work. HR archives the messages once they record them in the attendance system. Not what Sales Message advertises, but it's a cost-effective system that meets our needs completely.
