The AI doesn't just send generic emails. It pulls context from what the prospect actually did on our site - pages visited, time spent, questions asked - and uses that to personalize the first touch. Getting the AI to write in our brand voice took more iteration than expected. We had to feed it a lot of examples, refine tone settings, and review early sequences before we were happy with the output. The product ships updates fast, which I appreciate, but sometimes a new feature is live before the documentation catches up. We've had to ping the CSM to walk us through things we didn't know existed. A more complete changelog and self-serve help center would save a lot of back-and-forth.
