SalesMachine's Qualified Trials feature has allowed us to save time which is really important for a fairly small inside sales team. This feature gives us the ability to locate trialers that are not only qualified but also have a great activation score. This overlap means we're spending our valuable time engaging the right prospects that are more likely to convert with some assistance from our team! Time is money. Le fait de pouvoir créer des playboks, des automatisations, de ne plus avoir à penser quand je dois appeler un client et ne plus avoir à créer moi même mes tâches.
Pouvoir renseigner le pulse et beaucoup d'attributs qui permettent ensuite de faire des analyses ou bien de remplir de plus en plus d'infos sur le client pour toujours mieux le connaître et du coup toujours mieux l'accompagner.
Pouvoir suivre l'activité du client en fonction de ses actions et de ce qu'on rempli dans activity pour avoir l'overview du temps qu'il demande et de quel type d'accompagnement il a besoin Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Les bugs. Je trouve que cette année nous avons dû faire pas mal de tickets sur différents sujets. Ca arrive bien sûr ! Mais on a quand même moins confiance en le logiciel au fur et à mesure : peur que des automations ne se déclenchent pas, que les scoring ne soient pas les bons...

It helps us keep all our customer information in one place and easy to get started. We are able to connect it to a part of our tech stack like Hubspot and Intercom. It's good if you are starting to create your first playbooks and processes. Also, good value for money if you are small-mid size company, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's trying to do both sales and customer success but not doing either of them enough. After using them for some time, you notice that it's lacking many core functionalities of a customer success tool that's stable in the market. Native integrations are not sufficient, especially product analytics and subscription management integrations are lacking. I also don't find the tool very stable, we face bugs, and issues rather often and it takes some time to fix Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
