"Elevates Prospecting with Smart AI Features"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesloft?

I love the ease of use of Salesloft, and how it tracks productivity. It's also nice having a platform that shows who has or has not opened your emails. A huge plus is the AI summary from recorded meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

I don't like not being able to share cadences across different teams. It may be just a security setting, but I am not able to share my cadences with a team that isn't in my division. Also, the initial setup took a while to work out the nuances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Salesloft: Simple, Effective Outbound Messaging"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesloft?

Salesloft is a great tool for outbound messaging - have used it at multiple orgs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

I think it lacks vs some of the more 'bells and whistles' type of programs like Outreach or Gong Engage, however, the simplicity helps a lot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesloft is the best modern sales outreach tool, CRM and contact database I've worked with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

At this time, there are very few things I dislike, but I would say, if it were more accepted by large enterprises a Sales forecasting tool, I would be increasingly interested in championing this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless CRM Integration and Time Saver"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesloft?

I appreciate how Salesloft seamlessly integrates with my mobile number, Outlook, and Salesforce, allowing me to log my calls and emails only once, saving me valuable time and effort. The synchronization feature is incredibly efficient as it maintains all my communication and client notes organized without additional input, which boosts my productivity. I particularly like how Salesloft records calls and activities automatically, providing my managers with access to track my work progress effortlessly. This integration eliminates the need for redundant data entry across multiple platforms, which is essential in my fast-paced work environment. The easy setup and the ability to self-learn the system made the onboarding process smooth, enabling me to become proficient quickly and help my team get up to speed. The overall value that Salesloft adds to my workflow, combined with its capability to serve as a central reference for client interactions, makes it indispensable, which is why I would highly recommend it to others. What do you dislike about Salesloft?

I would like the ability to add emojis in emails to enhance communication. Additionally, I wish there was a feature where, if a client calls back, it would automatically note the call and begin logging it seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Salesloft- After 3 years we have been unimpressed with the product and support"
0/5
What do you like best about Salesloft?

Our organization has been a Salesloft customer for over three years, and unfortunately, the experience has deteriorated with each passing year. While the dialer—when functioning properly—meets our basic needs, recent updates, including the new Chrome extension and redesigned dialer, have significantly degraded usability.

Salesloft’s support team has consistently fallen short, and interactions with their sales team have been even less productive. The most disruptive issue has been the relentless turnover within the company. Over the course of our contract, we've been assigned seven or eight different customer success managers—none of whom remain with the organization. This lack of continuity has created ongoing operational headaches and eroded trust.

The persistent challenges we've faced raise serious concerns about Salesloft’s long-term stability and commitment to its customers.

At this point, we have no plans to renew our contract. Salesloft has made numerous commitments it failed to honor, and it’s evident that their focus lies more in securing revenue than in delivering meaningful value.

Our experience has been defined by broken promises, poor follow-through, and a clear disregard for customer satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

We've been using Salesloft for several years, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing.

Dialer reliability remains a major issue. It's plagued by frequent disruptions, which directly impact our team's productivity.

Product support is slow and reactive. When problems arise, resolution often feels like an uphill battle.

Renewal conversations are more performance than partnership—lots of flair, but little substance. It’s clear the focus is on retention, not results.

Many of our interactions with Salesloft personnel have felt disingenuous, with promises made but rarely followed through.

Despite being a tech platform, Salesloft’s innovation has stalled. The product hasn’t meaningfully improved in the last three years.

After renewal, Customer Success Managers disengage, offering little to no strategic guidance or support to help us grow.

Overall, our experience has been marked by unreliable technology, weak support, and a lack of genuine customer care. Salesloft has not demonstrated the consistency or commitment we expect from a long-term partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Our Outreach Process with Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesloft?

I absolutely love how Salesloft simplifies my daily outreach tasks. The platform makes it incredibly easy to navigate through different campaigns and cadences without feeling overwhelmed, allowing me to handle multiple outreach steps simultaneously. This functionality is invaluable because it incorporates outreach smoothly into my day, rather than making it a time-consuming chore. Additionally, I really appreciate the integration of Salesloft with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce, which ensures fluidity across the tools I use regularly. This seamless ecosystem boosts efficiency and enhances my workflow. I also find the initial setup for my personal use straightforward and hassle-free. Overall, using Salesloft has significantly enhanced the manageability of my current role and I believe it could revolutionize manual outreach processes for any sales-related job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

I think it would be nice to have an easier way to flag contacts for enrichment. I know that's not necessarily something that doesn't work or could be improved, but I think that's a current use that would be a really great value add to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mixed Experience with Useful Features and Laggy App"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Salesloft?

I appreciate Salesloft's ability to inform me precisely when a person opens an email I've sent, allowing me to gauge their interest and who might be ignoring my messages. This feature is crucial in determining if leads are genuinely engaging or simply brushing me off. Additionally, having a separate Salesloft number is incredibly useful, especially when a customer has blocked my personal cell number; it allows me to contact them seamlessly. These features collectively enhance my ability to track engagement and maintain communication effectively in my role as an outbound sales representative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

I just think the Salesloft mobile app isn't great. It's a bit laggy. Sometimes it doesn't load data that I'd like if I'm in the field and I want to search up a person or an account on Salesloft. Sometimes it doesn't actually show me all of the previous data corresponding to that certain account or person. The initial setup was definitely a challenge. While I had an easier go of it than other people, it was still challenging. I also think that the whole cadence feature doesn't add a ton of value beyond just tracking walk-ins and the email features. Therefore, I don't see much more value in these features. "Streamlines Outreach Effortlessly with Minor UI Hiccups"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesloft?

I love how Salesloft enhances efficiency through automation. The ability to automate emails and LinkedIn messages significantly streamlines my outreach efforts, allowing me to manage a high volume of contacts across various industries effortlessly. I also appreciate the data tracking features, which provide insights into the number of calls and emails I send, the personalization level of my messages, and the open rates. This data is invaluable in understanding the effectiveness of my strategies and whether my communications resonate with my audience. These features make Salesloft incredibly helpful for optimizing my daily outreach activities and ensuring I reach as many prospects as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

I feel that the overall user interface could use some improvements. The home screen can be overwhelming at times, especially with the number of tasks displayed. This can be a bit daunting, particularly when I'm behind on some tasks. Seeing all the things I have to do right on the opening screen can create a negative impression. Cleaning this up would be my suggestion, even though it's not necessarily a critical issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Cadence Creation, Perfect for Outbound Sales"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesloft?

I find Salesloft incredibly easy to use, which really enhances my daily workflow. The user interface is great, making navigation straightforward and pleasant. One of the standout features for me is the ability to import contacts directly from ZoomInfo. This integration is seamless and invaluable as it allows me to easily establish contacts and create cadences without any hassle. The fact that Salesloft does much of the work for me, requiring just a couple of manual clicks to set up cadences automatically, is a significant time-saver. It even has reminders to ensure I stay on top of my tasks. Overall, it’s a robust tool that effectively helps me in creating outbound cadences and getting in touch with prospective buyers in a meaningful, streamlined way. Additionally, the setup process was very easy thanks to having a competent admin, and now I can administer it myself. I also appreciate how Salesloft has been a consistent tool for us at my company, meeting our needs efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

I would like more options on categorizing call outcomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
