What do you like best about Salesloft?

Salesloft is highly valued for its ability to streamline sales engagement by consolidating outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn InMail into one platform. It combines automation with personalization through tailored cadences, enabling reps to scale outreach without losing the human touch. Robust analytics provide visibility into key metrics like emails sent, calls logged, and meetings booked, helping teams optimize performance. Seamless integration with CRMs such as Salesforce and secure OKTA-based access ensures smooth workflows, while compliance features like Do Not Contact tagging support GDPR adherence and maintain audit trails. Overall, Salesloft enhances efficiency, accountability, and personalization for modern sales teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

Salesloft has a few notable drawbacks that can impact user experience. Frequent issues include email and calendar disconnects, which require repeated reconnections and disrupt workflows. Users have also reported outages where emails appear as failed in Salesloft despite being sent through Outlook, creating confusion and extra verification steps. Additionally, past security concerns involving integrations raised questions about vendor transparency and reliability. Compliance processes, such as managing Do Not Contact tags and GDPR requirements, can be cumbersome, involving multiple manual steps for proper documentation and audit trails. These challenges highlight areas where Salesloft could improve stability, security, and ease of compliance management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful & Easy to Use"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Salesloft?

Seems like Salesloft has made metrics more accessible. It remains a user-friendly tool that makes reaching out to my customers easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

I don't love the interface from the last major update as much but it's still easy to navigate around. Building a connection in the tool to normal LinkedIn rather than LinkedIn SalesNav would be very helpful too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Proactive Sales Management Made Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesloft?

I love how easy Salesloft is to use with its friendly interface, allowing me to organize my day exactly as I want. Creating cadences is straightforward, which helps me be more proactive by knowing exactly when to contact leads. The automation feature for sending emails is fantastic as it saves me time, allowing me to focus on other important tasks. Also, the initial setup was incredibly easy compared to other software like Salesforce, making it convenient and quick to get started without a lot of manual intervention. What do you dislike about Salesloft?

I feel that Salesloft lacks an auto-dialer feature that would automate the process of making calls. Currently, the process requires manual dialing, which I find inefficient. Having an automatic dialing function, with an easy pause option, would greatly enhance the calling experience and improve productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeps Outreach Consistent and Organised—All-in-One Sales Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesloft?

I use SalesLoft every single day. It helps me stay organised and on top of what I have to do: who I need to contact, when I need to call, and which leads to follow up with. Having everything inside one platform — from lead lists to call tools to email sequences — means I don’t lose time switching apps, hunting down a phone number or forgetting what I promised to do next.

One of the biggest upsides is how it keeps my outreach consistent and efficient. I can build cadences (email → call → LinkedIn touch) and follow them without reinventing the wheel each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

One thing I dislike about SalesLoft is that I often have to refresh the page for updates to appear. For example, after making changes or completing a task, I don’t immediately see the update reflected until I refresh manually, which can interrupt my workflow.

Another thing I wish were improved is the visibility of cadence history. Right now, it’s easy to see if a contact is currently active in a cadence, but there’s no clear way to tell if that person has previously gone through one — or when they were added or completed it. Having a timeline or quick indicator showing a contact’s past cadence activity (with dates) would make it much easier to track engagement history and avoid re-adding the same person by mistake. "A must-have for efficient prospecting and personalized outreach"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesloft?

Salesloft helps me manage and scale my outreach efficiently. I like how it integrates smoothly with Salesforce and LinkedIn, allowing me to personalize cadences, automate follow-ups, and track engagement all in one place. The analytics and activity dashboards make it easy to measure performance and optimize messaging. It’s become an essential part of my daily workflow for prospecting and pipeline generation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

At times, sync delays between Salesloft and Salesforce can cause minor data mismatches, especially with updated contact fields. The reporting filters could also be more flexible for granular analysis by campaign or account. Other than that, it’s very reliable and continues to improve with each update. "Effortless Cold Calling and Seamless Salesforce Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesloft?

Salesloft has made cold calling much more efficient for me. Since I started using it, I can complete at least 20 to 30 more calls each day. All of the features are straightforward and user-friendly, so it doesn't take much time to become comfortable with the software. I also really appreciate how smoothly it integrates with Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

There is not much I do not like. Every once and a while it can be a bit slow in loading up. But I am being very nit-picky, I have no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"After Using Salesloft Across Multiple Organizations, This Renewal Changed Everything."
0/5
What do you like best about Salesloft?

I’ve implemented and used Salesloft across multiple organizations over several years, and historically, the platform has performed well. The cadence engine, calling workflows, email capabilities, and usability have all been strengths. In the past, I also had positive account experiences. Previous renewal cycles included flexibility, collaboration, and reasonable discussion around changes or timing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

Our most recent renewal experience was very different from prior years. Salesloft now enforces its contractual auto-renewal terms extremely rigidly. In our case, even though we did not receive the renewal reminder email they referenced, were upfront about our situation, and requested restructuring, they treated the renewal as final with no flexibility on modifying features or users.

This was a material change from past years, where renewal discussions were possible even if timing wasn’t perfect. It felt like the approach shifted from “partner mindset” to strictly “contract enforcement,” and that was unexpected after years of goodwill and advocacy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
