**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

I like the fact that when there is no information about a company, you can request it, and SalesIntel will get it back to you in less than a day.  The other nice thing is since I started to use the Rev Driver, I can get company info with just one click of the mouse. I like the fact that it will give you the cell phobe numbers of C-level employees and tell you when people are searching for your products and services.  It also knows when people have been looking at our website.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

Sometimes the customer information that I get is outdated.  That is pretty much the only issues that we have had.

**What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been able to contact decision-makers right on their cell phones. They are much more likely to answer a call that comes directly to them.  We have set appointments with the right people and made a few additional sales.

The customer support is high touch and ready to dive in! The user interface is easy to use and understandable right off the bat.

Research on demand times can be lengthy at times and go past the estimated completion date.

Certain industry/product categories aren't the best fit for the amount of data they have to offer in their database (technographics and product-level filters lacking).

Really hone in on your industry, technographic, and product-level needs/filters/segments during a demo to see if the platform is capable of showing you the data you need in return.

Enriching outdated CRM data from years past, as well as honing in better on desired segments for our sales team to go after.

**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

The ability to filter to find contacts at any organization, and if I can't find them or think the information is not correct, SalesIntel will do the research to find the correct information.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

There are times when I search for someone by First and Last name and they don't show up, but when I search a Company and scroll through all of the listed members, I find the person.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesIntel:**

Don't buy just any contact database that is obsolete as soon as you get it.  SalesIntel is always up to date, and if it isn't they will make it up to date through on-demand research.  Can't find that anywhere else.

**What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to find decision-makers in the specific departments of our prospect accounts is vital to doing our job.  SalesIntel makes it easy with the LinkedIn feature that allows us to find a person and quickly see their contact details in SalesIntel.

**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

The data provided is incredibly accurate. They have a team dedicated to verifying leads that is very responsive. If there are any errors, you can report it to that team and they'll get back to you with updated information. Again, very responsive. Website visitor tracking is useful and easy to deploy as well.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

There are some glitches when it comes to mobile phones. No distinction between different types of mobile numbers listed. Sometimes the numbers are flat out wrong, but that is to be expected with any type of data platform like this. Exporting to CRM (we use Hubspot), has limited fields to map and only contacts can be mapped. No exporting of companies as far as I've seen.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesIntel:**

If you are looking for a cost-effective solution to find leads with direct phone numbers. SalesIntel is a great bet.

**What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for data enrichment and prospective contacts. SalesIntel has delivered on both.

**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

My favorite feature is SalesIntel's research on demand. Whenever I struggle to find a prospect's contact information, I can count on SalesIntel to help me do the digging. I also find their intent topics useful.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

I would like to see SalesIntel's intent topics have their own section in the tool. While this is not the primary reason I use SalesIntel, it is a useful tool when deciding what topic to use in discussions with a prospect.

**What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some companies are more transparent than others with who does what within the organization. However, these companies have needs, just like companies who describe who to contact. SalesIntel helps me get in touch with these harder-to-find contacts.

**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

SalesIntel has great customer service. I have had quite a few issues with the platform but every time I bring up an issue my account manager and their service team are quick to respond and eager to help. I really appreciate good customer service, it makes unfortunate experiences more present and SalesIntel has done that for us.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

Unfortunately, everything that they sold us on (ex. the human-verified contacts and Salesforce integration) has not been up to par. I would say 30-50% of the human-verified emails have bounced back. I have found that I need to go to each contact's LinkedIn page to make sure that they still work at the company and are still in the role the SalesIntel says they are. On top of that when they are not at the specified company I would have to report it to them and write out what was wrong which takes a few minutes.  I feel that at that point I am doing a lot of work to make sure that these are the right contacts for me to be targeting. and the sales force integration is very fickle. I am not pleased.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesIntel:**

Unfortunately, I would not recommend SalesIntel if you are considering it. I have had sure a great experience with their staff but the product has been very disappointing. Hopefully, they fix these issues so that their customers/clients are able to maximize the features that are promised.

**What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am currently working with the SalesInetl team to fix our Salesforce integration and figure out what the issue might be with their human-verified contacts. The benefit is that they have great customer service.

**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

Data quality seems good. I mostly like how they bring Website Visits, Company Data, and Contact records together. It makes end-to-end SEO to outbound activities/targeting easy. 

The team over there seem very receptive to feedback, support is great (they jump on a call anytime you ask).

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

Some of the UX continuity needs some help...but I think they are working on it. Most of it is just streamlining some unnecessary clicks and better tying their powerful features together.

End-to-end website visit to outbound targeting lists. Connecting marketing efforts directly to that top of funnel sales focus.

My favorite part about SalesIntel is being able to self-source leads for myself while also having the scalability to support a bigger team.

RevDriver on LinkedIn can be a little buggy; I wish it wouldn't refresh when I click into a contact's profile.

**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

The on-demand research is my favorite. If a sales rep is looking for a specific contact, their research team delivers the results in just a few hours. I also appreciate how easy the platform is to use - the filters are very straightforward. It is also easy to navigate between contacts and companies, and the information within easy company's page. I especially like the intent data so we can see which companies are most interested in our services based on the keywords that we setup.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

I wish there was a way to export company information all in one place. It would be helpful to pass along a full company summary to the sales team about a prospect account, and have it nicely formatted in an easy to read outline. In regards to the intent data, I do wish that we could use an unlimited number of keywords instead of the 25 keyword limit.

**What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're in our trial period with the goal of using the platform to find contacts and company information. So far we have found that the variety of filters helps to narrow down our target contact lists.

All the necessary information I need is delivered up-front. I don't have to go back and ask for an email, a mobile number, etc. SalesIntel provides it all.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

Very little. However, if I had to be picky, there have been a fair number of times the contacts' LinkedIn account reflected they had changed companies several years prior.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesIntel:**

Before purchasing any B2B platform, you have to take SalesIntel out for a run around the block. SalesIntel by far outperforms any other B2B platforms currently on the market.

The ability to bypass the receptionist's desk is essential to connect with key individuals successfully.

I like that it is easy to use and pull information that seamlessly integrates to a CRM. The team at SalesIntel has a been amazing to work with and our account manager, Lily, is always willing to answer any questions we have!

Sometimes the topics can create too broad of a search for what I am looking for, but if you know how to manipulate the searches, you can narrow it down further

You can request lead info and the information is fairly quick and accurate. The rest of the data also seemed to be pretty accurate.

The product was expensive, there could have been more data. In the banking industry we found more and better data elsewhere.

The usual things  - old data. It can't be avoided considering the quantity. Occasionally the formats are wrong when exporting a lead which slows things down a tad

You wont find better integrations on any other data platform and the data is as good as it gets

Prospecting is made so much easier with revdriver and the integrations - This saves so much time. Being able to request verification of a lead is also great.

**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

I like the updated intent list that SalesIntel offers. Some similar contact platforms only let you search a single intent topic at a time; with SalesIntel, you can upload dozens of topics or key phrases and "mix and match" for insight into company search attributes.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

The Research on Demand portion doesn't live up to the hype promoted during the sales pitch with my team. While I can submit a list of contacts I would like, there is no certainty that I'll receive confirmed contact information. That said, SalesIntel does attempt to find a "next best" contact from the company.

**What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesIntel allows me to find some cellphone and personal phone numbers of contacts that I only had office numbers for previously. With Covid removing many from their in-office environments, a cellphone number is sometimes the chance I have to communicate with a prospect directly.

I like the interface and the fact that many of the contacts are human verified.  The Sales Intent feature is fantastic as well.

It can be a little tricky to find the right account without the exact URL

We are using it to target accounts and contact for outbound marketing campaigns.  So far, the success rate of the contacts we are reaching has been very good.

It has some contact information that can't be found easily on other platforms such as LinkedIn or even ZoomInfo. As such it can be a useful tool to aid in prospecting.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

The user friendliness of the platform doesn't compare well to its competitors. The UX feels a bit dated and the search fields being completely separate can hinder progress if you're trying to get information on a lot of contacts at a time.

The obvious problem we address by using SalesIntel is the lack of contact information for prospects we target. We have reaped the simple benefits of getting access to the contact information we lacked.

If you are on the, "hunt" for new accounts or specific leads, SalesIntel is your go to source! The ease of use is great and the results are tremendous!

**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

The accuracy of the human verified US Data. We've used zoom info, lusha, leadIQ etc. In terms of accuracy sales intel is the best by far. I'm not entirely sure about the database size, I think zoom info may be slightly bigger but in terms of time spent calling real numbers I'd much prefer to use Sales Intel. Almost all of our US outreach is based on the data we're able to pull from Sales Intel. 

Something else to mention is their amazing search filters. Searching by intent, keywords, industry codes etc.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

For quite niche verticals there is often not enough human verified data. There also is only US data at this point.
It can be quite a hassle trying to get enough data verified if your niche isn't already verified in sales intel as you have 100 verification credits per month. At our agency we do around 4900 dials per day, so having 100 data validation credits really doesn't cut it. We usually resort to verifying the leads internally.

I appreciate having full access right at my fingertips. Being able to search between several different variables such as name, title, company size, etc. Also the intent search with help from Bombora! Great partnership.

sometimes after verification, names are completely off the mark from the machine verification. Sometimes require time sinking to sort through the nuances.

We have a lead source now and can creatively use these contacts for long-term planning campaigns as well as cold outreach. A lot of work is relieved from generating contacts.

**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

There are several components of SalesIntel that my team and I appreciate most beyond the amount of quality data:

1) The integration of Bombora intent data is immediately changing our approach to outbound for the better in both sales and marketing. The ability to view organizations who are out looking for related topics allows us to time our approach to the right targets.  This data has also increased the value of our investments in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and our marketing automation.

2)  Research on-demand functionality - There is a lot of verified and machine verified data in SalesIntel. However, the response so far to our research on demand has been prompt and accurate.  Their team will go and find new job titles, updated contact info, etc

3) The browser extension is incredibly useful for finding contacts and sending them to a sequence directly from LinkedIn or the company's website. Allows our smaller team to operate much more efficiently.

4)  License cost - We were initially leaning towards purchasing licenses from the leading vendor in this space, however, then we discovered this organization and the services offered at their price made this an easy decision for us.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

Not much here to dislike.  However, at times the site can be a little glitchy and require you to refresh your screen or restart a search. Nothing major and I am sure they are working on performance.  We do a lot of sales in the education markets and we wish there was a bit more data from these institutions.

**What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we were wasting a lot of time researching companies and contacts to target only to get hung up going to the main corporate line. Now, we are able to quickly identify target accounts using the intent data, then use LinkedIn Navigator to narrow our possible contacts and use SalesIntel to find their contact information and direct dials in an incredibly short amount of time. Better targeting, better messaging and better data equals more leads for us!

An easy to use, sleek interface and valuable Chrome extension with a breadth and depth of account and prospect intelligence with buyer intent. This is supported by strong sales and client success team, as Subhash and Melissa have been a real pleasure to work with! :-D

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

I'd suggest improvements with more human verified contacts, and when I request machine verified contacts to be human verified, typically only an email and HQ number are supplied.  I'd like to see more mobile numbers and direct dials of my prospects.

Overall highly recommend.

**What do you like best about SalesIntel?**

SalesIntel is so quick to fulfill my requests when trying to get a prospects email and phone number. Their data is consistently accurate and saves me time from endlessly searching for contacts and battling bounced email addresses.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

When submitting a manual request for a prospects email or phone number, it takes 2-3 days for that contact to be 'Human Verified' in their system. Since they send me the data I'm looking for much quicker than that, it means I often have to manually create contact profiles in salesforce instead of being able to just export them straight from SalesIntel. I feel if I submit a manual request and a SalesIntel Rep. finds and verifies my request shouldn't the contact information I requested then immediately become 'Human Verified' in your database?

1) SalesIntel's platform is very easy to use and even more efficient when using the Chrome extension.
2) Research on Demand feature is great when specific contacts are not found - CS provides quick turnaround on research as well.
3) Customer Service has been exceptional -- from onboarding, training, and all the questions in between.. SalesIntel's team has done an awesome job (shout out especially to Chelsea Madden who always goes above and beyond expectations).
4) Technographic information from HG Insights and Owler for company news -- not separate features that need to paid for either. Both are great additions for our Sales team to have better, more effective, conversations.

The database is extremely intuitive and user-friendly. It's easy to drill down and further segment lists based on a number of different factors - their intent data and technographic filters are easy to use. I also really like their suppression feature so you ensure you are not wasting credits on existing contacts within your CRM.

Our first export from SalesIntel resulted in a higher than normal bounce rate - now, I am sure to perform a list cleanse prior to sending to avoid any issues. Their "Report" feature within the tool makes it easy for me to report incorrect data and help enrich the platform.

SalesIntel has an incredible amount of highly detailed, accurate information about all sorts of professionals, spanning countless industries and levels of seniority. Personally, I was surprised to find that the tool even has the personal mobile numbers of Fortune 500 CEOs, CFOs and beyond. As an example, using SalesIntel got us a fully-fledged conversation and opportunity with the CFO of a $50+ billion dollar market cap company, simply through having the mobile number and the ability to reach the individual directly. Such individuals' mobile numbers aren't typically that easily available, but with SalesIntel, they are.

It's clear that what's great about SalesIntel is first of all its data. Hands down, it's excellent. Beyond this, however, there's a lot of great features that make SalesIntel such a good tool. To highlight a few, its integrations with Bombora and Owler are really good, providing knowledge of recent events for companies your researching, as well as buyer intent, pulling data from countless sites to indicate whenever a company might be looking for a certain type of solution/tool (and thereby making the company as a whole a relevant target). Having this much data at the ready makes the process of deciding company targets and collecting leads much easier.

SalesIntel also offers helpful and responsive support, as well as an on-demand research team that will create a list of leads, purpose-built and collected based on the requirements you provide them with. This merging of a sales database tool with an on-demand team of data researchers makes for a powerful combination, supercharging lead generation efforts.

All-in-all, I can wholeheartedly recommend SalesIntel as they've changed our day-to-day approach to sales and marketing for the better.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

There's not a lot to dislike about SalesIntel. If anything, there's things I would like to have, but there's nothing I dislike.

In terms of what I'd like to see moving forward, it'd be the addition of more niche data sets, e.g. specific types of law firms, niche industries, as well as perhaps the ability to search for companies by recent events (such as companies that have just gone through an acquisition, merger or similar). Just more data in general is good, but what's already in the system (and being added to the system) is excellent.

Additional UI/UX elements would also be helpful, such as an on-platform list to store leads to prior to extracting them.

**What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesIntel has made it easier for our sales and marketing teams to collect data and enrich our CRM with new prospects. The tool has decreased the amount of time spent in data collection while dramatically improving results, leading to more productive time usage from our entire team as we're a) contacting the right people, and b) contacting them at the right time / with detailed information to guide the conversation.

There are a couple of features that I like and find my team uses everyday:
1. VisitorIntel - shows us insights into companies where employees are visiting our site. If a visitor fits our ICP we'll quickly target them.
2. Intent Topics - we use this to find companies where employees are searching on key terms relating to our solution. Again, we can find the right company and then quickly drill into the right job titles and seniority.
3. Technographics - One of competitive strengths is our integration to big systems like SAP, IBM, Oracle etc. Being able to find users of these systems who match our ICP is really useful. This allows us to target a new set of users with a very specific integration story. We also use this for existing accounts so we can find people to talk to about integration
4. Competitor Intel - as we target new accounts we use Competitor Intel to see who is like this company and who we can be targeting
5. Depth of filtering - the options to filter the list of accounts we want to target is our #1 favourite feature. There's so many options to slice and dice the data it makes it very easy for my team to hyper-segment our target industry verticals. 
6. Research on Demand - this is an awesome feature and allows us to very quickly get rich contacts where non exist.

Overall, the UI is clean and very simple to use. It's been a great addition to our martech stack.

**What do you dislike about SalesIntel?**

In some industries there seem to be large data gaps. We target heavy industry in manufacturing, chemicals etc and often we find there's not a lot of verified targets.

Its very US-centric at the moment which is good and bad.

We prefer to target specific US states as well which is hard because SalesIntel only shows the leads by head office location

**Recommendations to others considering SalesIntel:**

Focus on how many download credits you get PLUS the Research-on-Demand feature. We've started using RoD a lot as it allows us to be hyper focused.

**What problems is SalesIntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstly, we do a lot of outreach via LinkedIn and we've found our initial target audience probably only check LinkedIn once a week or even less often. This means a significant lag from outreach to contact. 

Because we can now access work email and cell numbers we can more quickly find and engage with our core target audience. 

SalesIntel is also now giving us the opportunity to engage via mobile. This has been a channel too engagement that we've not been able to use previously and is very exciting for us. 

Secondly, SalesIntel helps us solve the problem of sales growth in existing customers. The team can quickly spread wider and higher with organisations. We can quickly find executive users and start a different sales conversation with them.

It's not as fast as other services. The search page on the website is a little clunky. It would be nice if you could type in the name of partial companies instead of requiring you choose 1. For instance, there are several divisions of CVS under different company names including CVS Health, CVS Retail, CVS PBM, Aetna. It would be nice if you could just put "cvs" into the search bar and it searched for keywords rather than a specific company. On the chrome add-on, it's very annoying that any time you click on  a different screen you have to do the entire search over again. This is especially annoying when copying and pasting.
