Jeff has always worked with me to provide metrics in the form of excel spreadsheets. I think this could be better automated for easier access but I've heard they've begun work on creating a customer portal so I can access all this information on the website. SalesGig took us from relying on referrals to a fully loaded calendar of qualified sales leads. They are way more effective than my previous in-house salesperson and, quite frankly, more affordable than hiring in-house. Since starting with them, we've had nothing but growth. From their process, the sales reps handling the lead gen to their customer service, they've been fantastic. It's honestly a weight off my chest to not have to worry about lead gen myself and to know that it's in capable hands.
