**Reviewed by:** Matteo C. | Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

What impressed me most about Salesforge is how much time it saves when managing outbound campaigns. The platform is well-designed, and I was able to get my first campaigns running quickly without needing a lot of technical knowledge. I particularly like the AI features that help generate and improve email copy, making it easier to test different messaging approaches.

The analytics are also very useful for understanding campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement. Compared to other tools I've used, Salesforge feels more modern and focused on helping teams scale their outreach efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

Some advanced settings could be explained more clearly for new users. While the platform is powerful, there are features that take time to fully understand. More onboarding resources and examples for specific use cases would be helpful.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforge helps me automate and scale outbound prospecting without losing visibility into campaign performance. Before using it, managing campaigns and tracking results across different tools was time-consuming. Now I can launch campaigns faster, monitor results more easily, and spend more time talking to prospects instead of handling manual tasks.

I really appreciate Salesforge's LinkedIn automation capabilities. The ability to connect unlimited LinkedIn sender accounts makes it easy to scale outreach across the entire sales team without running into platform restrictions. This is a powerful solution for managing LinkedIn prospecting efficiently and at scale. Our whole sales team loves that they can connect their LinkedIn accounts and use the sequence feature on Salesforge to automate outreach. It allows us to reach out to a lot of prospects without wasting time sending manually, and we can see the results right on the platform.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

No major downsides, but would be great if expanding native integration with other sales tools, a broader integration ecosystem would make it more powerful for teams with complex workflows. More CRM tools or data providers tools

 ### 3. Salesforge Makes Outbound Sales Faster with AI-Powered Personalization and Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica K. | Outreach Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

Salesforge makes outbound sales much easier by combining personalization, email automation, and deliverability management in a single platform. The AI features save our team a lot of time, and we've seen better engagement rates while reducing manual work. It's a great solution for scaling outreach without sacrificing quality.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

In my experience, there aren't many major downsides, but I would like to see even more native integrations and reporting customization options. Some of the advanced features took me a little time to learn, especially during the initial setup. However, the team regularly improves the platform, and the overall value has outweighed these minor challenges.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems Salesforge solves for me is the difficulty of running effective outbound campaigns at scale. It helps me streamline prospect outreach, maintain strong email deliverability, and create personalized messaging much faster with AI assistance. This has improved my team's productivity, increased response rates, and made our sales process more efficient overall.

 ### 4. Great tool for scaling multichannel outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ekin K. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

Salesforge has been one of the best tools I’ve used for sales outreach, especially if you want to run email and LinkedIn together instead of jumping between different platforms. The biggest win for me is being able to connect unlimited email senders and LinkedIn senders, which makes it much easier to scale campaigns without constantly worrying about limits.
I also like that it keeps outreach organized across multiple channels. The LinkedIn automation side is especially useful because you can connect multiple LinkedIn accounts and manage everything in one workflow. For teams doing serious outbound, that makes a big difference.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

There’s a small learning curve when you first set everything up, especially if you’re connecting multiple senders and building multichannel sequences. Once you understand the flow, it becomes much easier.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforge helps me scale outbound across email and LinkedIn from one place. Instead of managing separate tools for cold email, LinkedIn automation, sender setup, and follow-ups, I can keep everything more centralized. It saves time, makes campaigns easier to manage, and helps us run outreach at a higher volume.

 ### 5. Clean UI, Solid Integrations, and AI-Powered Prospecting That Scales

**Reviewed by:** Om N. | Senior Frontend Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

Salesforge stands out with its clean UI/UX, solid integrations, reliable performance, and a clear pricing-to-ROI value. Onboarding is straightforward, support has been smooth, and the AI features make prospecting and outreach feel smarter, faster, and easier to scale.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

There is not much to dislike, but some advanced features can take a little time to fully understand during initial setup. A few more guided workflows or in-app tips would make onboarding even smoother.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforge helps solve the challenge of scaling personalized outbound outreach without sacrificing quality. It improves prospecting, automates repetitive tasks, supports better targeting with AI, and helps manage campaigns more efficiently. This saves time, improves response rates, and gives better ROI from sales outreach.

 ### 6. Salesforge Scales Outbound Effortlessly with Unlimited Email & LinkedIn Senders

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacqueline L. | Guest Service Agent & Senior Guest Service Agent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

Salesforge has been a great tool for scaling our outbound efforts. The multichannel outreach functionality makes it easy to combine email and LinkedIn touchpoints in a single workflow. The standout feature for us is the unlimited email and LinkedIn sender accounts, which allows our sales team to scale outreach without worrying about account limits. It's helped us improve efficiency, maintain deliverability, and reach more prospects consistently.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

There aren't any significant drawbacks that I've encountered so far. The main improvement I'd like to see is a broader range of native integrations, which would make it even more seamless to fit Salesforge into existing sales workflows.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforge has made it easier to run coordinated outbound campaigns, manage larger prospecting volumes, and keep our outreach operations organized in one place.

 ### 7. Makes outbound much easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shreyash C. | GTM, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

What I like most about Salesforge is that it keeps the whole outbound process simple. I can set up campaigns quickly, personalize emails without a lot of extra work, and keep everything organized in one place. It saves me time compared to switching between different tools, and I don't have to spend as much time on repetitive tasks. It's been a solid tool for running email outreach without making things unnecessarily complicated.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

There isn't much to dislike. If I had to point out one area, I'd like to see a few more options for customizing reports and dashboards. It would also be nice to have more advanced analytics for tracking campaign performance. Other than that, the platform has been smooth to use and the onboarding experience was straightforward.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Salesforge, managing outbound campaigns meant jumping between different tools and spending a lot of time on manual work. Now everything is much more organized in one place, which makes it easier to launch campaigns, personalize emails, and keep track of performance. It has helped speed up our outreach process, reduced repetitive tasks, and made it easier to stay consistent with outbound efforts.

 ### 8. Salesforge Doubled My Meetings with Easy Multichannel Sequences

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

I run a small agency with a couple of friends. Most of my leads come from referrals and word of mouth, but cold email is my main outbound channel, and I've been using Salesforge for about 6 months now.
Before this I was jumping between Apollo, Smartlead and Instantly. They're all fine, but I'd get decent open rates and barely any replies. Since switching, that's actually improved. I ran close to 10 campaigns, about 6 did well, and I went from booking around 5 meetings a month to nearly double that.
What works for me:
The visual sequence builder is easy to use and makes multichannel sequences simple to set up. Lead finding is built in, with a chat-style interface where you just ask for the leads you want, and the data accuracy has been solid, north of 90 percent in my experience. The interface is clean and the monthly analytics on outreach and meetings booked are genuinely useful.
On pricing, it's actually affordable for what you get, especially compared to other tools once you start scaling up mailboxes and volume. That's where a lot of platforms start to get expensive, but Salesforge has stayed reasonable for me. There's a small learning curve early on if you're coming from something simpler, but nothing major.
Overall, for a small team that leans on cold email and cares about actual replies, it's been the best fit for me so far.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

There's a small learning curve at the start, especially if you're coming from a simpler tool. It took me a few days to get comfortable with everything, but once it clicked it was fine.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem it's solved for me is the reply gap. Before, I was getting opens but hardly any replies, and I could never tell if it was my copy, my targeting or my list. Having lead finding, sequences and analytics in one place made it much easier to figure out what was actually working and fix it.
It's also cut down the tool juggling. I used to bounce between separate platforms for finding leads, running sequences and checking data, which was messy and expensive. Now it's all in one spot, which saves me time and keeps things simple for a small team.
The benefit for me has been real. I went from booking around 5 meetings a month to nearly double that, and I'm spending less time managing tools and more time actually talking to leads.

 ### 9. Powerful all-in-one multichannel outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zeynep A. | Product Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

I use Salesforge for multichannel outreach - email and LinkedIn together. It is one of the most useful all-in-one tool for sales automations. What I like most is being able to run conditional email + LinkedIn sequences from a single platform, with unlimited mailboxes and senders, no seat-based pricing. It has built-in warm-up, bounce protection, and ESP matching so it doesn't require a separate tool or for deliverability features. Native CRM integration also ease my operations. If I have any question, the customer support in high level too.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

It takes a short amount of time to understand the UI and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, but once you get past the learning curve, it becomes easy.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforge directly solves my mutli-channel operations, and Agent Frank adds an AI agent layer to improve the speed, steps and workflows.

 ### 10. Salesforge Makes Multichannel Outreach Organized and Effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emmanuel J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

As a Business Developer running outbound campaigns every day, what I like most about Salesforge is its multichannel approach. Rather than juggling separate tools for cold email and LinkedIn outreach, I can run everything from one platform and keep it organized in a single place. Salesforge lets me build sequences that combine emails with LinkedIn connection requests, messages, profile views, follows, and even InMails, which makes prospecting feel more natural and, in my experience, more effective.

Another big advantage is deliverability. The built-in warm-up features, mailbox management, and overall infrastructure help ensure my emails actually land in inboxes instead of getting pushed to spam. For anyone who’s serious about outbound sales, that’s a major benefit.

I also like that all LinkedIn and email replies are centralized in Primebox. It saves me time, cuts down on context switching, and helps me stay focused on the conversations rather than managing multiple tools. On top of that, the platform keeps adding new features, and the support team is responsive whenever I need help.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

The platform is very powerful, but because it offers so many features, there can be a learning curve at the beginning. Understanding deliverability best practices, mailbox setup, and advanced multichannel workflows takes some time if you're new to outbound sales.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforge solves one of the biggest challenges in outbound sales: managing multichannel outreach while maintaining strong email deliverability. Instead of using multiple tools for cold email, LinkedIn prospecting, mailbox management, and warm-up, I can manage everything from a single platform.

 ### 11. Smooth, All-in-One Multi-Channel Outbound with Fast Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

Salesforge makes it super easy to manage cold, multi-channel outreach campaigns. Instead of juggling multiple tools, setting up infrastructure, and configuring domain settings and deliverability optimization, the Forge Stack, centered around Salesforge, handles it all. Plus the unified customer support is great. They respond within seconds-minutes usually.

It's a smooth and frictionless user experience since everything you need for scaling and managing outbound is covered within the Forge Stack, which are all interconnected within the dashboards. They've got all the major integrations and adding more regularly, plus the API and MCP make custom integrations easy. For all this, pricing still ends up being more affordable than if you frankenstein a bunch of tools together. Pairing email and LinkedIn for cold outbound is more effective performance-wise than doing just one of those channels, and Primebox lets you manage replies across channels and campaigns all in one place. I haven't tried Agent Frank, the AI SDR, but from what I've seen, it seems to be powerful and effective and only getting better over time.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

Biggest downsides I've noticed are minor UX/UI bugs.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing the vast majority of the entire multi-channel, cold outbound tech stack at-scale.

 ### 12. Best Sales Outreach Tool for Personalization and Deliverability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily P. | Crew Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

I love how Salesforge solves the problem of scaling personalized outreach without losing quality. It automates and personalizes email sequences, saving hours of manual work while improving reply rates. I especially like the AI-powered email personalization and its ability to run multi-mailbox campaigns seamlessly. The AI personalization ensures every email feels tailor-made, which dramatically increases open and reply rates. The multi-mailbox feature lets us scale outreach volume while keeping deliverability high by distributing sends across inboxes. Integrating Salesforge with CRM (HubSpot) and LinkedIn works seamlessly, providing a complete sales workflow. The ROI is visible through improved reply rates and more booked meetings, making it the best sales outreach tool I've used. I appreciate the helpful documentation and support team during the setup, which made the process worthwhile.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

The initial setup and onboarding could be a bit smoother for new users, but once you get through the learning curve, it's incredibly powerful. Minor UI improvements would be a nice touch, but overall these are small issues compared to the value Salesforge delivers as the best sales outreach tool on the market.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforge scales personalized outreach without losing quality, automating email sequences to save hours while boosting reply rates. AI personalization increases open and reply rates, and multi-mailbox features enhance deliverability, making it the best sales outreach tool we've used.

 ### 13. Salesforge Streamlines Outbound Sales with Intuitive, AI-Powered Personalization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayushman P. | Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

What I like best about Salesforge is its ability to streamline the entire outbound sales process in one platform. The combination of AI-powered personalization, email deliverability tools, mailbox management, and multi-channel outreach helps save time while improving campaign performance. The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and provides the tools needed to scale prospecting efforts efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

While Salesforge offers a comprehensive set of features, there is a learning curve for new users due to the number of tools and settings available. Some workflows and advanced configurations can take time to fully understand, and additional onboarding resources or guided tutorials could further improve the user experience.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforge helps solve the challenges of scaling outbound sales, managing multiple outreach channels, and maintaining email deliverability. By automating prospecting, personalization, follow-ups, and inbox management, it reduces the manual effort required for sales outreach. This has helped improve efficiency, save time, and enable more consistent engagement with prospects, allowing the team to focus on building relationships and closing opportunities.

 ### 14. Powerful Integrations, Great Multichannel Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge M. | Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

I like the unlimited mailboxes and the LinkedIn senders feature, which solves a lot of problems for me. It's great that Salesforge helps keep my deliverability up to date, and I can easily call out specific numbers, compare what's working and what's not, and switch inboxes or domains as needed. The integration with tools I use, like Clay, makes pushing and pulling information easy. I appreciate the integration with my other tools, as it allows me to see everything in one place. The continuous development of adjacent tools provides an all-in-one experience, which I find very helpful. The setup is pretty easy, and the integration with platforms like Clay, HubSpot, and Salesforce, as well as email providers like Google and Microsoft, really adds value to my work.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

I think the hardest problem is, there are tools that are specific for email and LinkedIn that are more niched and because of that, they're better for LinkedIn or email or warming, etc. Salesforce is a great one if you want an all-in-one experience, but the learning curve is difficult just because there's so much you can do inside one tool.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesforge to run signal-based outbound plays for B2B SaaS clients across multiple accounts. It solves issues with seat-based tools, keeps deliverability up to date, integrates easily with my tools like Clay, and supports unlimited mailboxes and LinkedIn senders.

 ### 15. Efficient Email Finder, But Pricing is a Concern

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hiren T. | SEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

I like Salesforge because with just one click, I find most emails through LinkedIn. They have more email data than others, which is really helpful. I appreciate how I can directly add contacts to my outreach list and even start the email sequence. This saves me a lot of manual work because I can find emails and send messages on LinkedIn directly.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

I think pricing is a bit heavy for me. I mean $20 is good starting point to start, example Apollo.io have free plan but they didn't have it. The initial setup was a bit complex, not too much.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With just one click, I find most emails through LinkedIn using Salesforge. It includes more email data than others and lets me add contacts to my outreach list and start email sequences, reducing manual work.

 ### 16. Highly Efficient for Personalized Outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel G. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

I like how Salesforge allows me to send personalized messages with AI to leads, which helps in finding leads that match our software. I also appreciate the integration between Salesforge and Mailforge as it enables emailing leads after connecting on LinkedIn, effectively boosting our outreach. The personalized approach with ideal customer profile (ICP) leads is valuable for achieving a high conversion rate. The setup was straightforward, as connecting our LinkedIn account and scanning for ICP was easy. We could add our own leads and start outreach quickly, which took us less than a day.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

It would be great if it can find those same leads that we connect on LinkedIn to other social media, so we can reach out there as well automatically.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforge helps me avoid sending generic messages, allowing personalized AI-driven messages to leads and finding matching leads. The Mailforge integration boosts our outreach, resulting in a high conversion rate.

 ### 17. Seamless Multi-Channel Outreach with Superior Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Damjan G. | Growth, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

I like how Salesforge offers unlimited LinkedIn senders, unlimited mailboxes, and premium email deliverability that keeps my outreach from being flagged as spam. The platform boosts my engagement and supports multiple languages, which is a huge advantage. I enjoy how Salesforge provides nice flows and sequences setup, along with a good dashboard to analyze and track performance. One of the standout features for me is the ability to reply directly to email and LinkedIn messages and book meetings and calls easily. Salesforge integrates well with CRMs, and I find their MCP and its AI capabilities make running campaigns simpler without the need to switch between tabs. The Attio integration is top tier. I've tried other 'Forges' like Primeforge and Mailforge for domains and mailboxes, as well as Leadsforge for finding prospects when needed. The initial setup was seamless, and overall, everything's working smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

Everything's great!

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesforge for unlimited LinkedIn senders, unlimited mailboxes, and premium email deliverability. It boosts my engagement, ensures I never spam, supports multiple languages, and has great flows and sequences. The dashboard helps me analyze and track performance while booking meetings directly is super convenient.

 ### 18. Salesforge.ai works better for us than using Instantly and HeyReach together

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

Salesforge.ai gives us the full outbound stack in one place.

We can manage email infrastructure, cold email outreach, LinkedIn automation, sender rotation, reply handling, and multichannel sequences without stitching together separate tools.

For us, it works better than using Instantly and HeyReach together because Salesforge.ai connects the infrastructure and outreach side more tightly. We do not need one tool for email, another for LinkedIn, and another setup to manage sending infrastructure.

The MCP and CLI support are also useful because they help us run sales automation tasks through AI workflows and repeated commands instead of doing everything manually.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

To get the most value from it, you really need to understand mailboxes, sending infrastructure, LinkedIn senders, sequences, and automation flows.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforge.ai helps us run outbound across email and LinkedIn from one connected stack.

Earlier, teams often needed separate tools for email outreach, LinkedIn automation, inbox handling, and infrastructure. Salesforge.ai reduces that tool gap and gives us better control over the full outbound process.

It saves time, reduces manual work, and helps us run multichannel campaigns with stronger infrastructure behind them.

 ### 19. Scalable Outbound With Strong Deliverability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juliana Y. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

What I like most about Salesforge is the balance between deliverability control and ease of use. Features like plain text sending, bounce protection, ESP matching, and multithreading controls make it easier to protect sender reputation while scaling outbound.

Managing multiple inboxes and sequences is straightforward, and the interface makes it simple to adjust sending limits and tracking settings without overcomplicating the workflow. It has improved our outbound process by giving us more visibility and control while keeping campaigns organized.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

The platform works well overall, but the reporting could be a bit more detailed. It would be helpful to have clearer breakdowns of replies and performance trends so it is easier to optimize campaigns over time.

Some additional onboarding tips or best practice guidance for newer users would also be nice. That said, the core sending and deliverability features are solid and the system does what it is designed to do.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Salesforge, managing multiple inboxes and keeping deliverability healthy required a lot of manual oversight. It was harder to scale outbound without worrying about sender reputation and inbox issues.

Salesforge has made it much easier to control sending limits, monitor performance, and manage sequences in one place. The deliverability focused features have helped us run campaigns more confidently and stay organized as we scale. Overall it has reduced operational friction and made outbound more structured and manageable.

 ### 20. Effortlessly Scales Outreach with Personalized Touch

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yash S. | Communications Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

I use Salesforge primarily for outbound sales, like running cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach. What I like is that it lets me personalize emails at scale using AI while also handling things like inbox rotation and deliverability, so my emails actually land in inboxes instead of spam. It combines deliverability and personalization, allowing me to scale cold emails without worrying about spam, while still keeping messages tailored and human. I can scale outreach without worrying about spam, while still keeping emails personalized. It saves time and makes campaigns both safer and more effective. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy, connecting inboxes and launching the first campaign didn't require much technical effort. I was able to get things running quickly without needing much support.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

The UI can feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially when managing multiple campaigns. The dashboard can feel cluttered when managing multiple campaigns, and switching between inboxes isn't very quick.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesforge for outbound sales, running cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach. It solves the headache of emails going to spam, repeated writing, and managing multiple tools. It combines deliverability and personalization, allowing me to scale outreach safely and efficiently.

 ### 21. Extraordinarily Easy Email and LinkedIn Campaign Management with MirrorProfiles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

Before i did only email thought Instantly but now with MirrorProfiles, i can do both with SalesForge, it's extraordinary easy to manage email and Linkedin campaign thought their tool. I deploy 30 emails and 30 MirrorProfiles Linkedin accounts and i"m really happy !

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

Maybe too many features ahah I like when it's easy

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scale my outbound campaign, Salesforge has everything to fix that, they offer a real solution to increase the outbound infrastructure for my business

 ### 22. Effortless Email Automation with Room for Pricing Clarity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave W. | Founder & Fractional Revenue Development Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

I love seeing the email send live with Salesforge. It's a great tool to track the results. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive, especially once I understood that the different tools are actually separate and not just features of one tool.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

Finding information about what the current plan offers and what upgrade plans have is a challenge. I needed to chat with a rep after looking at the page to get pricing. That could be easier with a clearer pricing page. It wasn't easy to find.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforge helps me build campaigns using Spintax, automates sending, and allows me to track email sends live.

 ### 23. Salesforge’s All-in-One Email Deliverability Stack that’s simple and streamlined

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian D. | Director of Sales Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

What stood out right away was the all-in-one stack of solutions available with Salesforge. I compared a few platforms, and Salesforge was the only one that made it easy to buy domains, buy mailboxes, warm up those mailboxes, and then move them straight into the outreach tool. It also integrates with various other tools, including Hubspot. The team is very involved in support and easy to reach for any questions I had. Since I use this tool every day, I needed something that could be implemented quickly and was extremely simple to use across the different tools. This was it, and it feels like the right system for anyone who wants email outreach to be more simplified and streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

The Hubspot integration is very easy to set up, especially with custom variables. I just wish there were more customization options for deal creation and for contact status updates. For those that are tech savvy, they do offer webhooks so more automation is possible, but for most simple users, it would be easier to have this done through the system itself.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was looking for an outbound email tool that could automate outreach across an infinite number of mailboxes, have an easy sequence tool, and offer automation and agentic support. This was it.

 ### 24. Terrible Support and Unresolved Issues

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Callum T.

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

nothing

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

The cold email boxes didn't connect smoothly to Instantly AI, leading to wasted time. The customer support was really slow, taking over 11 days to provide a proper solution. They refused to give a refund and blamed me for the error even though I had proof it wasn't on my side. I lost $300 with them and never got a proper solution or refund. The technical connection and customer support need improvement.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a terrible experience with Salesforge: the technical connection was not smooth, customer support was slow, and I wasted money with no refund.

 ### 25. Extremely Easy and Versatile, but Complex

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

I really like Salesforge's AI SDR, which allows me to respond to all my prospects much faster. It helps me scale with my salespeople, so my salespeople and I have a much higher prospecting volume than before. Moreover, using Salesforge is really easy, thus facilitating the prospecting of a large volume of prospects without the constraints of usual tools. I also appreciate the ease of setting up Salesforge, it was very easy at the beginning, and it allowed me to start quickly.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

There are many features and sometimes I struggle to juggle between the different parts of the tool, especially to keep track of what each feature is for.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesforge to easily prospect a large volume of leads, without the constraints of usual tools. It is really easy to use.

 ### 26. Fast, Neat Workflow with AI Templates and a Handy Spam Meter

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ANTON S. | Collaboration Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

The workflow is quite neat - it's fast to create a sequence (the Pro plan allows up to 1,000 addresses per sequence), and loading leads, validation, and template creation takes maybe 3 minutes in total.

You can build templates using AI with lots of variations through spintax and variables. It's also cool to have a spam-meter that helps estimate if the text will hit the spam folder.

Works from a browser, easily integrated with other *forge products.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

Validation of emails costs credits, and they cost money:)

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a tool for cold email outreach. If you have a massive list of addresses and need to send out a bunch of similar emails, this tool helps mimic sending from your addresses as if a human was doing it. Basically, the tool tries to outsmart spam filters.

You can set up tracking to see who opened your emails. You can also receive replies and manage correspondence across multiple domains directly from the tool. It really helped me reach out for collaborations with specific recipients on the other side of the world.

 ### 27. Buggy and Unreliable, Promises Fall Short

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barrie F. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

I like that Salesforge offers infrastructure and unlimited mailboxes. They also provide cheap extra LinkedIn profiles, which I find somewhat valuable. I also like the HubSpot sync. The initial setup of Salesforge was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

I thought it was gonna help me do multi-channel outreach but the product is horrible. The multi-channel sequencer is full of bugs and a very incomplete product. I feel like a beta tester using it. You cannot add contacts to a running sequence, it will break, webhooks don't work, BCC to CRM doesn't work. You can't change a sequence once it is live. You have very limited insight into progress and who received which steps. Also deliverability-wise, and then countless other times where the sequencer just didn't work or I had to contact support for small bugs. It's just unreliable.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I thought Salesforge would support multi-channel outreach, but the sequencer is buggy and unreliable. The cheap infrastructure, unlimited mailboxes, and LinkedIn profiles are the only advantages.

 ### 28. One Stop Shop for Outbound Marketing Needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vivek D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

I like Salesforge's amazing UI, which is easy to use. It also offers a solid database and domain buying functionality, which are really helpful. There's a module for reputation management of our domains, which is nice, and the email sending mechanism works well for our needs. As an agency, we appreciate how it lets us send personalized emails and access good data that's not available on social platforms. Salesforge covers all the bases for us as a one-stop-shop tool for what we need in terms of functionality and deliverability. The initial setup was very easy—we could handle all the sign-ups ourselves with minimal support. Plus, the customer care is quite prompt in responding.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

Salesforge could improve by adding slightly more datasets. It doesn't really have much of the dataset. Also, they can do some more things on the pricing side as well.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforge creates quality email IDs, offers domain purchasing, and has a rich database for fetching vital contacts. It's a one-stop shop with great functionality, deliverability, and helps in personalized marketing. It's invaluable for sending large quantities of emails with good data access.

 ### 29. Multichannel Outreach Made Easy with Unlimited Email & LinkedIn Senders

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilya S. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

It supports multichannel outreach, the number of email and Linkedin senders is not limited.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

Not much to dislike so far - overall positive experience )

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have just started rebuilding our outbound sales motion, and the tool is helping us with outreach automation, personalisation and most importantly across both email and Linkedin. Using inbox warmup and rotation as we had some deliverability issues in the past.

 ### 30. Salesforge Makes Multichannel Outreach at Scale Simple

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

Salesforge is one of the few platforms that actually handles multichannel outreach well at scale.

What stood out for us:

→ Unlimited email senders
→ Unlimited LinkedIn senders
→ Easy multichannel sequencing
→ Strong deliverability setup
→ Cleaner workflow than stitching together 4–5 separate tools

If your outbound motion relies on both email + LinkedIn, having everything in one place makes a big difference operationally.

Especially for agencies or teams managing multiple campaigns at once.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

there’s still a bit of a learning curve when setting up more advanced workflows, especially if your team is used to simpler tools. And like most powerful outbound platforms, you get the most value once you fully commit to the ecosystem.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of stitching together multiple tools and workflows, we could run multichannel outreach from one system with unlimited email and LinkedIn senders.

 ### 31. Salesforge Streamlines Outbound in One Powerful Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krish J. | Social Media Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

What I like most about Salesforge is how it streamlines the entire outbound process. Rather than juggling multiple tools for email outreach, personalization, and campaign tracking, it brings everything together in one place, which makes it much easier to manage.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

One area where Salesforge could improve is making the platform a little more beginner-friendly.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforge helps reduce the time and effort involved in outbound sales by bringing email personalization, campaign management, and outreach automation into one platform.

 ### 32. Saves Time with Seamless Email Automation

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

Nothing really !

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Salesforge to streamline our outbound sales, automating cold emails and optimizing deliverability. It helps scale personalization, maintaining inbox placement, tracking campaigns, and saving time.

 ### 33. Best multichannel outreach tool for email and LinkedIn

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

Salesforge is strong because it brings cold email and LinkedIn outreach into one platform.

We can connect unlimited email senders and unlimited LinkedIn senders, then run outreach across both channels without jumping between separate tools.

The multichannel sequence builder is the main value for us. We can combine email, LinkedIn steps, follow-ups, sender management, and reply handling in one place. That makes Salesforge much better suited for modern outbound than an email-only tool.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

There is a learning curve if your team has only used basic cold email tools before.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesforge helps us avoid running email and LinkedIn outreach in separate systems.

It gives our team one place to manage senders, sequences, replies, and outreach across both channels. That saves time, reduces manual work, and helps us run more consistent outbound campaigns.

 ### 34. Best Alternative To Instantly and Smartlead - Solid Deliverability and Warmup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adarsh K. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

I have been using Salesforge Pro plan from last 2 years and honestly i didn't find any tool better, have tried instantly, smartlead, but so far this is the best alternative.

I am sending 20,000 emails every month without hurting my deliverability. Warmup is solid, plus whole bacon ecosystem is solid.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

So far, everything is working quite well.

However, I encountered some bugs while running campaigns when they launched multi-channel campaigns.

Fortunately, my issue was resolved within an hour by their support team.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Really helping me get clients for my agency, because of it I am adding 3-4 clients every month.

Overcoming the copywritting issues around refining my offer and sending my actual outreach messages

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

The experience with Salesforge has been highly negative. The product was described as 'the worst we have ever tried' and 'heavily oversold and really really bad.' There was dissatisfaction with the execution, calling it 'a simple AI wrapper with the worst execution you could imagine.' The user felt misled about the pricing, saying 'they lied on their contract about prices' and mentioned being charged an amount not disclosed initially, feeling the company is 'a scam.' The initial setup was challenging since they had to 'prepay for 2 months for onboarding' without prior notice.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed Elkhatib K. | Solopreneur, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Salesforge?**

I really like how easy it is to set up. Once you are inside, the platform feels clean and well-organized, and it doesn't take long to get everything connected and running. I don't have to worry about spam issues because the deliverability tools work quietly in the background. In addition, the lead checker is a great feature because it gives me assurance that I am sending only to legitimate contacts. Another highlight has been the support. When I've asked a question, I've always received prompt, real-life responses.

**What do you dislike about Salesforge?**

At first, there is a slight learning curve. It takes some time to fully comprehend everything because some features are not immediately apparent. I’d also like to see more customization in reporting. there are the fundamentals, but campaign tracking would be even stronger with more in-depth breakdowns.

**What problems is Salesforge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The technical difficulties are eliminated by Salesforge. I don’t have to stress about emails landing in spam, setting up warm-ups, or juggling different tools, it just runs in the background.
in addition to that, it saves me a lot of time. My lists are cleaned up by the lead checker so I don't waste time sending bad emails. That has made a big difference in keeping my outreach effective. The greatest benefit is tranquility. Knowing that the deliverability aspect is being handled for me, I can concentrate more on writing messages and running campaigns.
