**What do you like best about Salesforce Spiff?**

I like having real-time access to my commissions and incentives. Many times it's hidden in the shadows behind an "algorithm" that someone at the company has on their computer. This gives me a look inside.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Spiff?**

I am a new user and just got my first statement. That part is great, but the real-time tracking is yet to be utilized by the company. Stay tuned.

Really just seeing all of my products in one place. We have a very segmented way of sharing data for each product and this is extremely helpful in having a one stop shop.

easy to see your income and monthly earings, quotas etc. using spiff to track my quotas and where i am every month. can also create tickets if something is wrong

Our Spiff dashboard has been the most efficient way our company has been able to track our compensation and other metrics. It updates quickly and has provided the most reliable data for our sales team.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Spiff?**

As I understand it, we have Spiff integrated with Salesforce so it only updates as fast as Salesforce does. It would be nice to have it integrated and pull data directly from our companies Portal for even faster reporting.

I like that spiff shows you what your goals are and how close you are to meeting those goals. I am able to to effectively plan my day and what I need to work on daily by the information provided by SPIFF.

Someitmes SPIFF takes too long to update stats, on occasion we have to wait days for updated numbers and it kinds of throws us off.

Spiff is a great platform that houses all comission related statistics in an easy to use, intuitive, and good looking platform.  In a job where your paychecks are variable, you can feel confident in tracking your finances quickly and easily on Spiff.  Spiff is easy to implement, just log in and youre good to go.  And once when I had an issue, customer support was there to help.  I use this frequently every week to track my comission and love how it integrates right into my app dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Spiff?**

I dont have many downsides in particular,but wouldnt mind if it also included your paycheck/w2 info as a replacement to ADP

Spiff is solving the mistery around total comp in a sales role, giving me exact insights and analytics whenever i need.

Ease of use UI. As a former user of a legacy platform, transferring to Spiff made analyzing sales comp so much easier as an individual contributor

Almost too simple. Capabilities and analysis of different comp plans and overview of the platform can almost be a challenge. I understand the need for simplicity coming from a blocky hard to navigate UI but having a homepage that tells you everything you need to know as a sales rep would be helpful.

Making it unbelievably easy for me as a sales rep to know how I'm performing compensation wise for any given moment into time.

I like the visualizations (charts, graphs) and ability to look back over past months to see how I'm trending on my commissions.

Sometimes it's not clear if the period I'm viewing is what I'll be paid that month, or what I've earned in commissions that month, to be paid at a later date.

It keeps track of how I'm tracking toward my quota without me having to make my own spreadsheets, as well as where my commissions are coming from, and when I can expect to receive them.

I like the SSO feature. UX/ UI is great and allows me to easily to see where I am at for my quarterly quota.

I'd like to see my total available commission if I were at 100%. Sometimes it can be difficult to get a sense of where my commission figures are coming from.

We used to use a clunky excel to manually calculate our commissions. We used Spiff in the past, switched to excel, and then our sales staff requested we add Spiff back which is great.

Spiff is just awesome! It totally changed the game for me in keeping tabs on my sales commissions. The features are top-notch, and the interface is so easy to use. Our team is cruising through sales progress like never before. Plus, the integration with Salesforce is a game-changer and gives us that extra push. Spiff is like our secret weapon for staying motivated and on top of our sales game!

I like that we introduced Spiff at our company, as I was missing higher transparency in my commission payouts. The interface is clear, simple and logical. I use it on a bi-weekly basis.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Spiff?**

The downside is, that it adds another tool to the tech stack I'm using. Wishfull thinking would be that it is part of our CRM for a seamless experience. However, Spiff understood this need/ shortcoming of the CRM(s) and delivered! A feature I am missing is how to showcase deal splits - at least our company couldn't do it with Spiff.

Spiff is helping me to increase transparency of my monthly sales compensation. Before Spiff there was a lack of transparency and real-time overview of my performance and pay out.

Spiff gives me a very precise view of my earnings per deal which is very very important for me. The user interface is very simple and love their mobile app.

I can't see my commissions for any of the early renewals I close if it's after 2-3 months which is a bummer. Would love to have the ability to see it.

I at any moment can open up spiff and know exactly what I'll be getting paid for commision. There is no more need for sitting down every time a deal closes and doing manual calculations. Such a time saver and as we know time is money. The home page displays very clearly where all of my money is coming from and I can clearly view my deals and make sure they are all accounted for.

Nothing. Seriously nothing. I love Spiff.

Not knowing what I am getting paid for commision is at an end with Spiff. Its a great way to know in its breakdown of different commision components that things are being accounted for properly.

We use spiff to handle staff's bonus. As a lawfirm that has hundreds off staff that need an individual bonus plan and metrics, spiff has helped us automate and handle the bonus process. 

Spiff has helped us make the bonus process much easier and accurate, by removing user error and having only one person handle it.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce Spiff?**

The only downside we have encountered when using spiff for bonuses, is that if the bonus metrics are too complex or the data compilation is too complex, we need to add it manually.

Spiff has helped us with quarterly bonuses for staff as well as monthly contests. This has taken a lot of user error and the automation has benefitted us greatly.

When managing, Spiff takes all of the manual work out of the picture for me to calculate my team's bonus.  There is always room for human error, so Spiff eliminates that.  It is easy for the team to access and view what to expect with their bonus without needing me or having to calculate numbers on their own.

There are some commission structures that have multiple levels to it that are difficult to incorporate with Spiff.

The need for manual calculations is eliminated.  It's saves time on a monthly basis and takes the guess work out of commission projections.

With any new system, each month brings different bugs when my compensation percentages are loaded. I dont usually trust the dashboard until the dollars match my own math.

The visibility of comms. Easy to use and action any queries. Raising a ticket is simplistic as is always dealt with and enables us to communicate within to our rev ops team

I wish our integration was a little more real-time. That could be an "us" issue rather than you though.

Before Spiff, our "source of truth" was a tableau dashboard that seemed like it could break at any given time and you didn't really know what your commission was until you got a paycheck or calculated it on your own.

**What do you like best about Salesforce Spiff?**

Our presales organization was getting commission information via spreadsheets, and having to reactively correct any discrepancies AFTER they got paid. This experience was rough for everyone. Now, with Spiff, we have visibility into the process a month in advance, it's easy to understand, and accessible for everyone on our team. We use the platform daily to confirm that everything is correct and that we will all be paid as expected.

Ability to export information a bit easier would be great for external reporting, but this is a 'nice to have'

It solves a lack of visibility into current commissions payouts and gives us that visibility at scale.

None of as yet, Spiff has not given me any inaccurate data since I started using it

Spiff allows me to check which deals/meetings I have been paid for and allows me to accurately confirm this with my managers and colleagues. I actually see my commission coming in when I need it.

I really enjoy the breakdown that Spiff is able to provide on my teams Sales numbers.  It is very easy to use and the help desk is great for support if needed.  I check Spiff almost daily so I can keep track of all of the features and my Sales numbers.  I highly recommend it!

Nothing! I love it so far! I have not found a single issue as all of the information is accurate.

It is helping our entire Sales team see what our compensation will be on a daily basis; prior to this we did not know this information on a daily basis.

Spiff makes it really easy for end users to check on the metrics that matter the most. Within a few minutes I was able to navigate and filter to see the metrics I needed.

I wish I could see my full compensation in Spiff (not just variable comp.), but that might be an internal setting. This is a minor thing. Overall Spiff is wonderful.

Spiff allows me to see what my variable compensation looks like ahead of my paycheck. That makes personal financial planning a lot easier than it was before using Spiff.

The only problem with Spiff, is that if you're looking at the report and you're on the second month, the report won't give you the policies or premium for that month, it gives you what you have for the quarter. Other than that, it's a great tool.
