**What do you like best about Salesforce SMS.do?**

it is more of user friendly.
its easy to track the work quality and quantity.
its save alot of time by giving suggestion for resolution.
it helps to tranfer cases as quick as possible.
its easy to take breaks n log back.

**What do you dislike about Salesforce SMS.do?**

sometimes it is abit slow.
at times it get hang.
goes offline at times.

**What problems is Salesforce SMS.do solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of checking cases and sloving them is a bit easier on this tool and to give a quick resolution to the customer.
