What problems is Variance Consulting Services solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ongoing patch/release updates and how this has an impact specific to my organization. Sometimes, the version upgrade is unnecessary as it might require additional testing to ensure that the Salesforce functionalities such as Case creation - Service module, marketing Sales modules, or Fonteva are all working as expected. Fonteva also continues to release patches. The service provider guides us in giving direction on whether the Fonteva upgrade has any implications for other Salesforce modules.
When a new feature is required in Salesforce. Will put a support ticket, and the Salesforce contact for each organization will help prioritize and squeeze that into the release schedule. Managing downtime and ongoing communications. Help with license. SLA for service requests is different if the organization has a direct Salesforce Service provider. The service provider has bucketed hours option for the organization. Based on needs, it's up to the Org to pick up. Proactive communication about the release schedule.
