"Powerful Integrations, Steep Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

I like the powerful API and integration capabilities of Agentforce Sales, which allow me to create smooth data connections between Salesforce and our internal systems. The API is dependable, well-versioned, and comes with great developer documentation that reduces our integration development time significantly. It's highly customizable, letting us tailor the CRM to accurately fit our unique sales process. I also appreciate the nice dashboards and reporting functions, which make accessing data easy without needing engineering approval. The enterprise-grade security ensures that we handle sensitive customer data securely, with features like a detailed permission model, IP restrictions, and thorough audit logs, providing compliance and peace of mind. What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

It's a bit expensive and hard to set up. The pricing is probably the biggest pain point because it's complex and expensive. There's a steep learning curve as Salesforce is powerful, but with significant complexity. The Lightning UI can feel sluggish at times, especially with a complex layout or large datasets. The flexibility, while great, leads to over-complicated configuration, with overlapping features like Flows, Process Builder, Apex Triggers, and Workflow Rules. Also, unless you're on a premium support tier, getting timely help can be slow and frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Integrated Features, Minor Glitches"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

I like that Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) has all the features integrated into it, like chats, emails, and calls. It allows me to manage my notes, see user details, and log all my activities in one place, which means I don't have to navigate between different tools. When I get a chat, a case is automatically created, making it convenient to complete my work efficiently in the same place. The initial setup was very easy, and I've been using it for around 4 years now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Sometimes call logs don't get added or get attached to the incorrect case. Also, when I attach a service article while adding a comment, the system refreshes, causing my comment data to be lost, and I have to type it all over again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful CRM with Usability Challenges"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

I like that Agentforce Sales is easy to access and industry agnostic, allowing me to utilize it anywhere, irrespective of the use-case and industry, similar to an ERP but in a more enhanced version. I work on 2-3 different industries, each with different sales cycles, attributes, KPIs, KRAs, and revenue metrics, and I can manage all of them from the same platform. It's great that everything from the sales cycle to onboarding can be tracked from a single page. Automating tasks and follow-ups, and sending emails and WhatsApp messages directly from the platform is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Well to be honest the UI can be improved significantly and also the platform is hardcoded so every customization or changes in the module needs to be done by their partners that are onboarded by their team itself not like other CRMs where it's a Drag & Drop kind of model where the users can do it themselves. It wasn't that easy and it took a lot of time and efforts initially to be honest but once setup, it was easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionizes Sales with AI, But Setup Needs Work"
4/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

I love that now AI is built into the workflow. It helps reduce manual work and keeps deals moving with smart next actions. I also value the single, real-time view of pipeline and forecasting, as it improves control and helps in getting accurate forecasting. The AI in the workflow reduces decision lag by telling us what to do next, flagging risky deals, and automatically updating records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

The AI still needs tuning. Customization, reporting, and integrations take a lot of effort and resources to set up and maintain. AI tuning depends on data quality, and if CRM data is inconsistent, lead scoring and NBA become noisy. Customization is complex and needs a lot of workflows and permissions. Reporting needs careful data modeling. The initial setup is not plug and play; it requires planning, data alignment, and cleanup, and took us around 4-5 months to complete. "Agentforce Sales: AI-Powered CRM That Saves Time and Boosts Productivity"

What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

What I like best is how Agentforce Sales combines AI with CRM to actually save time and boost productivity.

It automates repetitive tasks, gives smart insights on leads, and helps personalize outreach, so sales teams can focus more on closing deals instead of admin work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

What I dislike is that it can feel complex and expensive.

The learning curve is quite steep for new users, and setup or customization often requires technical expertise. Also, costs can add up quickly with licenses and add-ons, and the interface can sometimes feel cluttered or overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Sales Management with Powerful Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

I really like how Agentforce Sales keeps everything organized in one place, making it easy to track leads and follow up on opportunities without any confusion. The automation features are a huge time-saver for repetitive tasks, and I find the reporting incredibly useful because it provides clear insights into performance, which supports better decision-making. It definitely makes my work more structured and efficient. Additionally, switching to Agentforce Sales has helped us centralize our sales data, improve pipeline visibility, and automate many manual tasks, making our workflow much more structured and scalable. I also appreciate that despite the company size being in the mid-range, with around 200–500 employees, it scales nicely as our needs increase without any major issues. What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

One thing that could be improved is the initial learning curve—it can feel a bit overwhelming at first with so many features and configurations. Sometimes the interface also feels a little cluttered, especially when trying to find specific details quickly. Customization is powerful, but setting it up can take time and may require technical support. Additionally, reporting can be slightly complex for beginners. With a more intuitive UI and simpler setup for reports, it would be even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Sales Process with Minor Setup Challenges"
5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

I find Agentforce Sales easy to use with a very simple and clean interface where all options are visible on the screen. I haven't faced many challenges finding anything in the app. The AI feature automates repetitive tasks, which helps to close deals faster by allowing me to focus more on selling and less on manual work. The automation handles tasks like data entry, follow-ups, and lead scoring, which saves time and helps me make better decisions. The initial setup was very easy. What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Sometimes the AI suggestions aren’t perfectly accurate, and the system can feel complex to set up and customize. Also, it can be expensive for smaller teams. The complexity mainly comes from setting up workflows, automation rules, and custom fields—there are many options, and it often requires technical knowledge or admin support. "Powerful and highly customizable CRM, but takes some time to learn"
5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

I really like how customizable the dashboards and reporting tools are. It makes tracking our client interactions and managing the overall pipeline incredibly straightforward. Being able to see exactly where things are bottlenecking in real-time is a huge plus for keeping everything organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

The learning curve is definitely on the steeper side, especially for newer team members. Because it's so feature-rich, the interface can feel pretty cluttered and overwhelming if you don't take the time to properly customize your views right from the start Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"24/7 AI Engagement, But Needs Simpler Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

I use Agentforce Sales to engage website visitors with AI powered sales conversations 24 hours. It helps reduce slow response time by providing instant customer engagement 24/7. I get faster lead conversion because leads are qualified in real time. The initial setup was fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

I'd like Agentforce Sales to reduce its dependency on high-quality data. Poor CRM data can still affect the AI output quality. I'd also like better integration simplicity, especially with non-Salesforce tools, and less dependency on complex middleware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Sales-to-Accounting Integration with Powerful AI Forecasting"
5/5
What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

For our finance team, the standout feature is the seamless integration between sales activity and our accounting workflows. The AI-driven insights in Agentforce have significantly improved our revenue forecasting accuracy. It has made month-end reconciliation much faster because I can see a clear audit trail of every deal. I also really value the customizable permission sets, which let us give the sales team the data they need without exposing sensitive financial backend info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

The UI / UX can be a bit overwhelming for new users because there are so many features and sub-menus to navigate; it definitely requires a learning curve. I’ve also noticed that performance can dip slightly when we are running very large, complex financial reports or data exports, which can be a bit frustrating during busy month-end periods.
