What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

Salesforce is the necessary component for sales work (or so it seems) these days. There are other options out there, however Salesforce has done such a good job of capturing the market at the right point, and Salesforce does a great job of standing teams up very quickly to get the most out of their product! I use it daily to build reports for my team, I am a bit of a super-user beyond my role, and find building dashboards very easy. I often help onboard new teammates due to the lateral data I have gathered from other organizations. The good thing is if you've used Salesforce as a base at any other place, you'll be able to slide right in to using it at your next job! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Platform?

I find there is a bit of complacency from Salesforce regarding the features and products/pricing as well as the gaping data solutions problem on the back-end of their solution. It is often extremely hard to navigate your system after a few years of operation, unless you have a dedicated individual on your team for data clean-up and do so quarterly. What problems is Salesforce Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Salesforce platform drives everything from our up front leads and generation of marketing campaigns, all the way through lifecycle management of our clients (with the additional tools and features we have added on to our cloud platform). It is benefitting us with a 360 view of our process, where our leads come from, where to spend time and energy (with limited resources). The tool is the go to solution for most elements of the business process these days, understanding there are cloud add-ons that I haven't had the need to use yet. What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

Firstly, I am Salesforce Developer and as a user I can say that it is very powerfull and flexible platform. you can customize anything if you want some automation you can easily done this using flows and and It also connects easily with other platform like shopify and hubspot and It also provides the community to learning new things like trailhead.It makes life so much easier for Bussiness and developers. as a user what I don't like about salesforce is that it is very expensive espically for small bussiness and startups and as a developer when you are dealing with large amount do data so the reports and dashnord can run slowly and sometimes governor limit can restrict the complex operation. Firstly, It provides the automation process very easy so I don't have to mannually update and change the data for every records and it is also benefiting me with to easily integrate with third party platforms which help me to manage all the data in one place. What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

We use Salesforce to track all the sales pipelines and manage the accounts of multiple users. I like the fact that it has made our lives easier, and we can track everything in one place without maintaining multiple Excel sheets for many tasks. The platform really is awesome, but the UI can be a bit improved. they can make it a little modern. Also, the cost is a bit on the higher end, making it hard for startups and small businesses to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many problems that salesforce is solving for us:

1. Tracking the sales pipeline - Now we can track every lead and keep everyone updated with the process.

2. Report and Dashboard - We send out reports on daily and weekly basis to multiple stakeholders to update them on the status.

3. Assinging tasks and updates - all the team members update the notes and call details on this platform for everyone.

It is clear that Salesforce is a top leader in the industry for the CRM solution. What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

The salesforce platform helps our organization keep our constituents in order so that we can fundraise more money, and more money means more programs and the community is getting more help.

All our data is kept in one source of truth instead of having siloed systems.

What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

What I like best about the Salesforce platform is how flexible and customizable it is to fit unique business needs without heavy coding. The ability to automate processes, create helpful reports, and build user-friendly experiences all in one place makes a huge impact. One downside of Salesforce is that complexity can build up quickly, especially as customizations stack over time. It can make managing technical debt and keeping the org clean a challenge. Licensing costs can also add up fast as needs grow. Overall salesforce is good but there are a few things I noticed in the form of dislikes:

High subscription cost for small businesses.

Some pages are slow to load because they are cloud-based.

What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

I like how user friendly the software can be out of the box. Even from a developer perspective, they make it easy to create your ideas and plans. What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

Salesforce is the best CRM around. It meets all the requirements in an efficient way for simple businesses, it is ready to use while in complex businesses it' provides various features like flow, report, and dashboard many more, I used Zoho CRM and Hubspot as compared to both Salesforce easy to use and we can learn from the trailhead with provides us all the knowledge related to salesforce also the demand of salesforce in IT industry is on BOOM.
