It is cloud-based, so we can access it from anywhere.

Its CRM capabilities are very powerful and advanced.

I am a Salesforce developer, so I really enjoy working with it.

Also, Salesforce support is very good and responsive.its easy to use for user . the implementation is easy to advance for developer . I am also using salesforce everyday .. and i have also integrated with others platform like outlook twilio and AWS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Salesforce is that it gives us one clean source of truth and makes the work trackable end-to-end. What I like most about the Salesforce Platform is its powerful reporting and dashboarding capabilities. One area I feel could be improved is reporting flexibility, particularly around account-level reporting. Salesforce does provide multiple clouds for different purposes like Sale Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data cloud, Non profit cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud etc..

The things I mostly like is This platform is very easy to use and easy to impemnt the UI is very user friendly to manage everything easily

It is not just a tool it is a good Platform to build our own Custom application without using any external systems and the app can be fully managed inside Salesforce with Salesforce infrastructure

This platform is very easy to integrate with any external systems we can easily connect it through Salesforce Connect,HTTP callout and another easy and no code approach is AppExchange which can help to connect with some prebuits app avalaibale in Salesforce which can be used for various purposes

There are standard Api and Event Driven Architecture which helps to customize and integrate with pro code approach as well.

One good this about Salesforce platform is it is easy to maintain and scale integration like it provides Versioned Apis ,Sandbox enviornment which are really good for development and testing ,Logging and monitoring features which helps to develop and test accurately

Salesforce helps to automate the repetaive tasks to simple automations. In the automation Case the frequency of using saleforce is high .

It provides high quality of Data security with good customer support

As a platform as service platform Salesforce does have some strict governer limit which reduce the flexibility interms of development side which is something I dont like much

The platform is highly upto CRM side so it is not that much helpful for non CRM application

Low code and pro code approaches are really great but sometimes it creates confusion across clients that which approace will be more effective and usefull
