What I appreciate most about Net Zero Cloud is its ability to centralize all our sustainability data. This consolidation makes it much easier to track emissions, monitor energy usage, and assess our overall environmental impact in an organized and transparent way. The dashboards are not only visually appealing but also straightforward to interpret, which greatly aids in sharing progress with leadership. I also value how seamlessly it integrates with other Salesforce products, minimizing the need for manual data entry. All in all, it feels like a natural addition to our existing Salesforce ecosystem. One aspect I find challenging about Net Zero Cloud is that the initial setup and data configuration can be quite complicated, particularly for teams that are new to sustainability reporting. Some of the object relationships and data import processes demand a considerable level of technical expertise to execute correctly. Additionally, the documentation could be more straightforward in certain sections, especially when it comes to emission factor mappings and setting up automation. The system can also feel somewhat cumbersome when handling large datasets, which sometimes leads to slower performance.
