We mostly leaned on it for CRM management and outbound sequencing, and once it was up and running it pulled its weight. The integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem are a real strength, especially being able to tie campaigns directly back to opportunity data without bolting on a third-party tool. Reporting is also genuinely robust, you can slice engagement, deliverability, and pipeline impact in a lot of ways without having to export to a BI tool. Overall it's an expansive platform that covers a lot of ground for marketing ops teams already living in the Salesforce stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Setup and implementation are genuinely a pain. The platform has so many configuration knobs that getting your first journey or sequence live takes way longer than it should, and the UI doesn't always make it obvious how the pieces connect. You usually need either an admin who knows it inside out or a paid consultant to get past the initial build phase. Once it's running it works, but the ramp is steep enough that smaller teams without dedicated ops support will feel it for a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
