What do you like best about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Suite?

The ease of creating emails with communications agencies and all the tools/software that can be plugged into the software is a great help. Track shipments and schedule or suspend shipments are very professionals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Suite?

Data on open and send rates are variable and imprecise. Some data extensions seem to reject e-mail addresses without any explanation. Untimely unsubscribes whose origin is unknown, and you have to go back into the list of manually unblocked contacts. Dataloader-related batches on automatic emails that don't take the right client filtering. Plug-ins with certain software that have trouble working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
