What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?

Marketing Cloud is the defacto enterprise solution and it just keeps getting better. The ability to aggregate a wide variety of customer data and use it to create personal touches in email, mobile, social and display advertising is extremely powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?

The user interface is not for the faint of heart. It's a complex solution to implement and unlock the power of. Journey Builder is a great idea in concept but in practice it's not too easy to utilize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
