I like the organizational piece of Salesforce Sales Cloud because it keeps me on top of day-to-day tasks, and the workflow is very seamless. It also integrates with other third-party apps we use, which I like. The setup was super easy, with my account being essentially activated for me once I entered my work credentials. It integrates seamlessly with other software like SalesIntel, SalesLoft, Gong, and Nooks. These aspects really enhance my experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

I have to manually enter everything in SalesIntel, which is frustrating.

I use Agentforce Sales mainly to support the sales team with their sales pipeline as a data analyst. I appreciate that it helps streamline the sales process for the sales team. Additionally, it assists us in generating sales reports, which is quite helpful. Overall, it’s just a really good tool.

The setup has too many options. If I can use prompts to build initial setup, it will be amazing.

What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it brings everything related to sales into one place.
The lead and opportunity management features make it much easier to track the entire sales cycle, and the reporting dashboards give a clear picture of where the pipeline stands.
I also like how customizable it is—you can adapt fields, layouts, and automation to fit the exact sales process rather than forcing the team to change how they work.
On top of that, the integration options with email, calendar, and other tools save a lot of time for sales reps.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

There isn’t much to dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud because most of the challenges I’ve come across have easy solutions.
The platform is very flexible, so even if something feels complex at first, it can usually be simplified with the right customization.
Salesforce also provides a strong support ecosystem called Trailhead, help articles, and an active community which makes it easy to overcome any initial learning curve.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is helping solve the problem of scattered customer and sales data.
Instead of having leads, contacts, and deals spread across emails, spreadsheets, and different tools, everything is now centralized in one system.
This makes it much easier to track the entire sales cycle from lead capture to closing a deal without losing important details.
The automation features also reduce manual work, like follow-up reminders and updating records, which saves time for the sales team.
Overall, it improves visibility into the pipeline, helps forecast more accurately, and gives managers a clear picture of team performance, which directly supports better decision-making and faster deal closures.

I like the great UI experience of Salesforce Sales Cloud, which offers easy functionalities combined with AI features for creating emails and finding records. The Lead Score and Opportunity Score features are also really helpful, providing great closing numbers to close deals effectively. The initial setup was perfectly easy for me, especially with the Role Set Up, Custom Profiles, and Validation Rules. The Lead Assignment rule with the Round Robin feature worked well for configuring Sales Cloud.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud License is a little expensive in terms of having them compared to other products like HubSpot, Marketing Plus and Influ2 which are cheaper in price.

Nothing. The system is terrible. It's hard to use, you can't get help, and it loses records. That right, I have contact records routinely missing!

Everything. It's hard to set up, their is no support lines, the system loses records, and it doesn't connect easily with other software. I don't know how this company has done so well.

The platform is huge, with many settings, additional tools, and options. A lot of options with the integrations and reports.

The UI was very old-school, and it was hard to orient new users to the platform. Also, the settings were quite hard to configure. Without the help of some specialists, it would be impossible to do it by yourself.

We wanted to use Salesforce as a tool for saving our contacts, monitoring the communication, and tracking how they perform.

I used to work for Veritas. When the two major tech companies, Veritas and Semantic, merged, we were using different CRM systems. Moving to an on-demand CRM turned out to be a solid decision, and it made it easier for the two companies to consolidate everything into a single CRM system.

For me, the most important part of using Salesforce Sales Cloud is its lead and pipeline management tools, because they help my team and me forecast appropriately.

When I was first getting to know the tool, I found it a bit difficult to get into the flow of using it. Until I fully understood what was going on, it felt like more work than it was worth. It’s also quite a costly tool.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest thing for us, as a small company, is keeping everything organized. It’s critical that everyone across the company can see the same pipeline and leads, so nothing overlaps and we can all collaborate on the same work. Having a live CRM where everything stays up to date is key.

I really value the notifications and the ease of having students send us cases directly, which eliminates the need for them to call. This makes the process much more convenient for both us and the students.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

I find Salesforce quite confusing to navigate, particularly when I need to locate customers. The system does not allow searching for customers by block or flat number, which is a significant issue for us. Since many of our customers share the same name, it becomes very challenging to correctly identify the right individual in the system.

I'm also not satisfied with how maintenance requests are set up. This process is difficult as well, since finding the specific fault or asset can be quite hard—sometimes the option isn't even available!

Sales Cloud is really helpful for its ease of use, making it comfortable for teams to work with on a daily basis, even for users who are not very technical. The ease of implementation helps teams get started quickly, and responsive customer support provides reassurance when questions or challenges come up. With frequent day-to-day usage, the wide number of features supports most sales needs. Overall, the ease of integration with other tools helps teams collaborate better and keeps the sales process running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Sometimes, Sales Cloud can feel a bit overwhelming for new users because of the sheer number of features, and it naturally takes some time, practice, and guidance to feel fully comfortable with it.

Analytics and performance tracking inside the Salescloud help identify bottlenecks early, forecast more accurately, and measure individual and team performance.

I like how easy it is to use Agentforce Sales. It helps me keep track of my hours and PTO efficiently. The initial setup was easy, which is another plus.

I like that all our data is in one place with Salesforce Sales Cloud, and it keeps everything organized and flowing. It's really useful that it keeps emails organized and our responses too, making it easy to look back and see how we've answered in the past. It helps us better with follow-up emails. It's a good product that was very helpful and helps expedite our customer support.

It's kinda difficult sometimes to get started and to understand how everything works initially. But once you do, it's fairly simple.

Salesforce Sales Cloud streamlines our customer response time, keeps all our data in one place, and organizes emails and responses, helping us improve future interactions.
