I like that Agentforce Health has prebuilt objects, which makes it much easier and more convenient to use without needing to reinvent the whole system. It's great that we can use those objects and workflows without worrying about performance issues. I also appreciate the simple workflows, which are very useful and helpful, and allow us to integrate our custom workflows as needed. Additionally, the migration experience from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce was really good, and I appreciated not having to worry about infrastructure problems like system downtimes anymore. The problem with Agentforce Health is that the complex workflows cannot be fully utilized since they are often more aligned with our company's specific needs. The product generally feels more focused on the provider area rather than the payer space, which is our focus. Some major solutions we plan might not be as beneficial, considering we're running 18 applications on one org with about 12,000 users, which are more custom and native to our needs. It allows us to trigger automatic tasks—like a follow-up call—if a patient's reported glucose level goes above a certain threshold, which improves our response time significantly.
