I also find features like data models and the ability to bring your own data very useful. Additionally, I value the flexibility and support provided by Salesforce Data Cloud. I found setting up Salesforce Data Cloud to be initially challenging. It was an activity that needed to be worked out thoroughly, and we required help from the Salesforce team to set it up properly.
