I love the ability to drill down into individual customer records and find trends in their data. This helps me to quickly identify potential opportunities and better serve my customers. What do you dislike about Salesforce CRM Dashboards?

My only complaint is that the dashboard can be a bit overwhelming with all of the data and information. However, this is a minor issue and can easily be resolved by customizing the dashboard to show only the data points I want to view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

conventional UI/UX is getting changed by this approach and seems to be really useful for non tech users who are not use to with unnecessary data shown to them and get them confused Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
